You become healthy. Thanks for watching.
😂
Lol
Vicky Manasi how long have you been sitting on this information
Your brain needs sugar to work normally
Vicky Manasi haha
5 years without sugar and cigarette benefits: 0% pimples, healthy skin, low body fat% & healthy life!
Your pimples just went away? Damn I'm going on a no sugar diet right now!
yep try it!
Bara Kosina read your comment. now im going to try this no sugar thing lol.👍
Bara Kosina What is your satutared fat and trans fat intake? Probably high, so not healthy really.
well i'm not nutritionist but my sat fat and trans fat intake is 37g, 0g. btw i do Calisthenics and eat healthy food that's why i have low body fat. :)
I was so addicted to sweets that once ate eat 1KG of white chocolate in 24h. Today I don't eat sugar at all (I'm a keto diet). I'm much better off in terms of health, energy, body composition and even cognition. I had cravings at first but now, you can have ice cream and chocolate in front of me and I won't feel any cravings.
Rafael Scapella - Canal do Mundo I still have cravings after a year
1kg. ...eeeew
I like how you slipped in ur Keto diet like Vegans always having to slip in that they're Vegan. 🤦♂️ just eat normal clean food lay off the salt and sugar n don't over eat.....
@@ipeefreely2364 he just said that's his diet, you can do what you want
Yes, I was also addicted to chocolate before, not as much as eating 1 kg in 24h though. White chocolate had that special taste I also liked so much. Now I don't care.
In basic training for the Army, mainly any extra sugar we got was either in the candy packs in our MREs or the yogurt in the DFAC. When Family Day rolled around, a lot of the other soldiers were finally able to get their hands on soda and cheeseburgers, and it ended up making them feel really sick. The difference is, that even though we were still getting sugar in our diets, it was still heavily restricted and we had better carbohydrates from stuff like wheat bread, vegetables, and fruit. We also had watered down Gatorade to maintain our electrolytes. Other than that, a lot of us lost the taste for sugary foods and fast food in general. It really makes a difference if you can cut out sugar and junk food for two and a half months.
Ft. Jackson Victory Punch?
Thank you
its fucking EVERYWHERE even in chips!
Rishabh Kumar Don't listen to this video! Continue to eat! A miserable fuck just made this video because they are unhappy with their self!
I highly recommend Lay's kettle cooked original! The only ingredients are potatoes, vegetable oil, and sea salt
Rishabh Kumar and gum and mixed nuts..not even salty food is safe..they put sugar even in salad dressings
Rishabh Kumar Starting the day trying to eat healthy and avoid added sugars, I eat organic eggs and then there's sugar in my ketchup FUCK.
Usually I start the day with scrambled egg and a little meat like sausage or ham, lunch I have some red meat and vegetables, and dinner smoked salmon and salad. In between snacks are fruit and nuts with some dark chocolate. Do that and exercise, you'll be in pretty good shape.
I totally agree, it's been 3 months since I last ate refined sugar and I must admit, it's a good feeling not to have guilt over you food, it's fantastic when you don't harm your body
It’s also not necessarily a healthy relationship with food though if you feel guilty merely about eating sugar; it’s perfectly fine in moderation, it’s really when you start to overindulge when the problems arise. And you are only harming your body, again, if you’re eating these sugary foods in excessive amounts or at an excessive frequency.
5 years ago. Are you still not eating sugar?
@@alexthomas9260 atleast their not starving their self lol
@@alexthomas9260 agree... it is bad of you become an addicted
@@alexthomas9260Dentist told me I got 9 or so cavities probably cuz of the retainers I have to wear. I get bad breath when I eat sugar too much and it doesn’t require a lot for it to be too much for me.
some guy I know gave up sugars, and he said that he doesn't even feel hungry anymore, and that everything taste different now, blew my mind.
I quit drinking soda and now its so dang sweet i cant drink it... but thats great! Now other things like water actually sound good!
FaZe The Incredible Hunk ZombieSlayer it happen with me also i quit sugar 45 days ago now i cant eat anything sweet. Awesome feeling
U cannot stand soda
Except apple juice
you mean water tastes good right? waterfalls on the other hand do sound good
She is so right on the palate change, since cutting out refined sugar from my diet things such as fruit and soy milk taste a lot sweeter and I don't crave for sweets or chocolate much at all.
Deanna K no matter how much sweetz I eat, I'll still crave for your sweetness🙄😋

How long it took for this palate change?
I tried this and it work!! My acne disappear forever
for how long did u try it? Or are u still not taking in sugar?
Raunak Gandhi i try it for 1 month and it's really working! My skin becomes so strong!
cool, I am glad for u.
yep. Kids that have terrible acne are most likely drinking LOTS of pop/sugar.
Thanks for the tip, I'll try to decrease my sugar intake from now on cause my face is covered in acne
I completely quit sugars months ago, best decision so far. I quit added salt too. 🤣
ProtoMario it's great to quit sugar but quit salt is plain dumb
Darshan Bhambhani I think he means like excess
Proto!
Complete bullshit you can't quit salt, it is how your body nervous system communicates.
Martin Godinez Added salt, meaning he either only eats foods with naturally occurring salt like in fish or doesnt eat foods that add alot of salt to preserve, that or he doesn't add his own. Those are my 3 things I can think of
big corporate candy and pharmaceutical companies hate her for this video.
How long should I stay without sugar to feel those changes? So far I'm just crawling on the ground. dying for some sugar! I'm not better than any junkie :/
Jujuba how are u doing now?
Hey D3voner... its an eternal struggle. I successfully reduce processed food in my life, not only sugary products. I don't eat fast food either... still, I eat lots of sugar in fruits and sometimes even allow myself to eat candies, deserts or cookies. Are you trying to get rid of sugar? How are you doing so far? :)
Thanks for the reply! I was on a 80 hrs detox but then I felt really really bad, had no energy and deicded to eat some white bread and 2 waffles. :
and then you felt better, right? haha To be honest, I'm a little afraid to get rid of my sugar addiction, because what I'll have instead to fill the gap?
i don't know. I guess my organism isn't ready for that, neither my wallet. I'll reduce sugar but definitely not gonna quit eating it.
I think what the video is trying to say is to stop eating PROCESSED white sugar. Your body still needs sugar, but NATURAL sugar like ones you found in fruits (apple, banana, avocado, dates etc.).
Fiona Raven yes she does state it in the beginning that she is talking about added sugar...
Fiona Raven Avocado ?!! Bish!! Really!! Avocado got almost none when it's all about SUGAR.
Yes it does, in the form of glucose, fructose and galactose.
Avocados are considered a sugar free food and they are the ONLY fruit to contain no sugar.
Fiona Raven the only thing you need is a nice tall glass of pure jewce, but don't over do. too much and you'll get gas
It's wild how much I've stabilized this year by not eating sugar. It takes a crazy amount of discipline, but I'm feeling better than ever, my energy is natural, I'm sleeping better, and so many other things have improved. 10/10 recommend. Worth the work!
Due to my sugar addiction I had gotten up to 258 lbs and became diabetic with a blood sugar level of 383. My doctor put me on a low carb-low sugar diet for the last four months and I hit the gym 5 days a week for 45 minutes. I just had my latest blood panel done and I am down to a blood sugar level of 87 and I now weigh 207. My waist which was 44” is now down to 36”. I have learned that there is so much hidden sugar in carbs such as potatoes, rice, corn products, cereals, milk and bread, things I always thought were healthy. Learn to read the labels.
Exactly. Carbs and added sugar in the processed foods are like cigarettes or alcohol. It's good to take in food that makes you feel full quickly and is better for your health, like those with high fibre content. Also it's good to consume fruits without juicing them or buying bottled juices which usually have lost most of their fibre content and have added sugar.
Most fruit has to much sugar, only small berries are recommended
is not same, sugar on faje food@@trudyhattendorf1821 fruit have better sugar
@@trudyhattendorf1821your education sucks
Stop eating processed food , fast food . Try to make meals at home . You can eat fruits , they have sugar but they also have fiber which tends to restrict release of sugar in an instant. Instead slow release of sugar occurs when you eat fruits . Just don't eat too much .thats it .
And YT is there to teach loads of home cook meals with no sugar , browse it . Cooking is easy.
& Home prepared meals r light on your monthly budget ! ! !
The mistake many people make is they don't realise how dangerous sugar is! What annoys me the most is the fat free industry. Every single product labeled as fat free has a much higher sugar content. It's shocking! If you don't believe me, watch That Sugar Film documentary. 😡
I did just up until recently. I just thought of sugar as a "harmless" vice that caused tooth decay and love handles if you over indulge. I'm finding out now though about how really harmful to the body sugar is, specifically to the cardiovascular system. And after doing some research, how insidious (criminal) the food industry , and to an extent the FDA is in perpetuating the harmful effects of sugar ! You wonder , how can this be allowed to happen to the populations (consumers/ customers) if it's killing them ?!?!?!?!?!?!
Well done for making a change! Absolutely, the food industry is out of control and that is why we have kids suffering from diseases which used to be reserved for alcoholics or older people (fat liver and type II diabetes). There is nothing called "in moderation" because everything has so much added sugar that even if you think that you are health, you end up eating 17-19 tsp of sugar per day. I always tell people to divide sugar content by 4 because thinking of sugar quantity in terms of tsp rather than grams is so much easier. Some of my fav documentaries which you may enjoy: "Hungry for Change", "Fed Up", "That Sugar Film" and recently "Sugar Coated". Good luck and once again, well done! XxX
Maggie A right?? Fats are so essential and all of a sudden they're replaced by the killer sugar?! Bad idea.
Maggie A fat free yogurt but a 16oz steak. Conclusive evidence. Just so you know all the low carb gurus are fat and sickly.
Maggie A The very reason why people overweight shouldn't eat low fat products, it'll just make them fatter.
I tried not to eat any sugar and I didn't find it that hard, I just switched from cookies (which is the typical Italian breakfast) to whole wheat bread and I stopped putting sugar in my coffee. Easy and extremely effective. In Italy most of the products like bread, juices, and others don't contain any sugar and most people only eat home made meals (also literally nobody drinks soda except for special occasions like birthdays, I swear!). when I went to America instead everything tasted so sweet or exaggerated in its flavor. If you get used to real food (pasta is healthy here) sugar is absolutely irrelevant. That's why you shouldn't let children get used to sugar in the first place
Whole wheat bread usually contains added sugar.
@@somebodysomething4242A bit of sugar is sometimes added in the dough mix to help with the accelerated yeast activation but other than that it isn't necessary to add sugar. There are different varieties of whole wheat bread including those without any added sugar.
I was actually quite magra in Italia. But, after living in Kansas City, and then Texas, I was forced to go low carb/sugar. I still eat pasta once a week, but I ration it. Have been making my own sauces for years, because my late Nonna taught me, and would roll over in her grave if I grabbed that nasty jarred stuff from the grocery store.
Why is Italy's pasta healthy there and not in the U.S.
Pasta is not real food
82 kg -> 73 kg in 3 months and still going! (while keeping my muscle mass)
I eat sweets once a week, we all need a bit of sugar in the end :)

Werty hey bro same exact story here lol. How much protein are you getting though
No we don't

Yup this is true. I gave up sugar since December 1st, 2016. The weirdest thing for me was when I tried black coffee, and it tasted good. I usually could only do triple triple. I also lost over 30 pounds in 2 months with no exercise. Just not eating sugar. Fruits also taste like heaven.
Just refined sugar? Not fruits or natural sugars even like honey?
@@whaa6894 honey is good in moderation and fruits are healthy but there are some that are high in sugar.
Today it's been 9th day w/o sugar.
Just congratulating myself
Have a nice day!
I gave up sugar and it absolutely changed my life! I'm no longer bitch to my cravings and habits of over eating, those days are over! It's beautiful! I feel totally in control of my life and in tune with my body. It's very liberating and has made me one happy gal
Me: "Ok I'll stop eating sugar RIGHT now!"
Mom: *makes nutella bread and hot chocolate as a breakfast*
Me:"I guess Jesus doesn't want me to stop."
Lmao
I literally can’t stop bc my mom prepares my food 😂
I've been on a very low sugar diet for 2 years now and the palette change is huge after such an extended period of time, I can't even drink a small cup or orange juice or sweet tea because its so sweet. my skin also cleared up for about a year but then it went back to the usual medium amount of acne after a while
I have cut the sugar out for more than 2 years. It feels amazing. I don't like sugar at all now. I like bitter black coffee. I like to taste super bitter things, like bitter melon & I make it more bitter by adding yogurt to it. I feel very good, despite doing ZERO exercise. I didn't get sick in all this time.
Sikandar Khan your weird
you tell him clorox
Sikandar Khan - Yogurt has a ton of sugar.
Yeah, I know that & it has a lot of chemicals too! This is why I just use it a little, like a bad habit. Just to enjoy the bitter taste, you know...
some people fine the beauty of bitter things.like coffee, its bitter, but its delicious on it ways, not everyone can appreciate and feel like we feel
I tried to not eat sugar for a few days I got really adagated I felt like I could have strangled someone lol
that's addiction
What's 'adagated'?
Adapted I guess.
'Agitated', perhaps?
Abbey Roberts Shes not joking look at what she done to my eyes lol
June 16th , I started my journey of cutting off all those sugars ,and I'm still doing it. And let me tell y'all, my skin is healthy, the dark spots are fading and I lost 10lbs so far. Those sweets that I used to eat everyday, I'm not craving for those anymore, now I loved the taste of water with Lemon in the morning, it doesn't make me hungry. I'm so happy I cut sugar out of my diet. Watching DR Berg on CZcams really helped changed my life.
I stopped eating processed sugar like candy, ice cream, soda, etc. and to be honest, I don't even miss sugar! I used to eat ice cream every single freaking night (even in winter idk why) and I had to stop because my dentist told me to cuz I have cavities. (I'm actually healing my cavities and if u don't know look it up! It works) and I feel better! I was usually very hungry throughout the day and wanted to eat snacks but now I don't feel hungry and it feels great!
1:35 she nailed it! I've restricted my sugar intake for sometime now.... I bought a Coke the other day thinking it would taste good... I was so wrong. I took 2 sips and threw it out. disgusting. great video!!!!
Christine Stone right??? Soda tastes super bitter now; like acid. My body can really only take water
this is totally true ! I love my veggies and fruit. I have been eating no refined sugar for 2 months now, and I feel amazing!
Welp. That's it. I've done an anti sugar run in the past for 4 months because my teeth were bad. It was the most peaceful I'd ever felt in my life. Never felt hungry, lost a lot of weight and felt amazing. Ended up breaking the 4 month streak due to social eating. I'm gonna try it again.
How'd it go?
I barely eat added sugar products. Water is sweet enough for me.
All videos need to be like this. Short and to the point
I have been cutting out sugar due to health issues and extreme inflammation, along with gluten and refined oils to see how that works. I can say, strangely after just a few days with no sugar, I am already repulsed by sugary things and have no cravings. I even cashier at a grocery store where Everything is sugary. I am disgusted by it! I struggle more with the oils than anything. Spicy chips are my kryptonite but I am staying strong for my health and longevity(:
Eat real foods!!
when i was 17 stone ( 107.9kg) i gave up sugar. the first few days i had very bad headache's and was sweating a lot. with in a week it stopped . 6 months later I'm 12 stone (76.2kg) and have much more energy and feel like a different person.
You are amazing!
You forgot to mention that people suffering from with candida overgrowth might have candida die-off symptoms, sugar cravings, mood swings and skin rashes, which will all pass within a few days. But once you start the process of normalizing your gut bacterial flora, you gotta keep going in the direction of health, and keep that yeast/candida at its low, healthy levels.
I'm watching videos like this since losing my job and being in quarantine has kept me away from or significantly decrease in my consumption of things like sugar, alcohol, and diet soda and I am noticing my skin is feeling far less rough.
Man I'm watching this every day as inspiration.
I’ve went a week without added sugar and then my family had a big barbecue today with loads of chocolate 🍫 and I had about half a slice of cake and the taste still won’t leave my mouth. It’s sickening to think I used to have so much sugar in my diet. I’m definitely going to stick to having no added sugar as much as I can!
Man I'm feeling bad for adding sugar to my coffee today :(

This is the kind of information I needed, I've cutting my sugars but when I have a crappy day my god the need for a boost is almost like a drug addiction.
The part about thr palate change is so true. I used to drink lots of soda when i was a kid, but I'd say i haven't had one in 10+ years. There have been times when i thought i wanted a sip of soda and WOW... even setting aside the massive sweetness, i also find the carbonation too strong. It's weird to think i used to drink it like water.
*What happens to your body when you stop eating sugar*
Depression and suicidal thoughts.
That so true I felt so good from just losing 2 pounds of pure fat but I’ve been going crazy with all the energy
At 1:15 yes this is true! After a year of clean eating not only my palette changed but my body's physiological reaction to it too changed, like when I take just a bite of a donut or cake, I feel nauseous, or when I ate something with too much salt I get a headache! People just got used to eating them for years so they can't taste how artificial sodas cakes donuts taste!!
Fully agree.
How long does it generally take for the palette to change? I'm going to try to get off sugar in May ❤️
Bernadette Teaches Music it got easier for me within a few days, I'm a massive sugar addict too. Just make sure to fill up on whole foods (veggies, starches, fruits) 👍🏻 cutting healthy carbs will only make you crave sugar as your body runs on glucose.
Thank you! I'm on a mission to get healthy.
Bernadette Teaches Music it took me a week
Bernadette Teaches Music it took like 2 or 3 weeks for me, now unatural fruity drinks and fake sugary candy taste weird to me
Took 3 weeks for me.
I don't know about the other other stuff, but I definitely felt a change in my palate when I removed excess sugar from my diet last year. Its only now I realize how sweet some of the commercial stuff is.
Great video. Short and sweet. Truth about a very important issue that has been ignored.
I've been refined /added/processed sugar free for 20 days now, my acne was reduced immensely at first, I had a breakout 5 days ago, acne is a very complicated topic but sure I felt the difference, the cravings will stop after a week!
Have eliminated sugar intake for 3 weeks now. I'm now more awake than ever and have been more active recently too.
All those words she said exactly define how I've been feeling since I basically quit on all those sugars...... So exact that now I know why I feel this way...... Feels so much better.......!
short and sweet. perfect video with information I can understand and process easily.
I used to to drink frappes and coffees for energy but I've stopped since more than a month ago (no more soda and sugary drinks!) and substituted them for natural energy snacks like almonds and mixed nuts (maybe a little bit of chocolate now and then). It really has helped tremendously and I'm glad I made that change.
I need a little soda in moderation once in a while since i have indigestion problems.

This is so cool! I stoppad eating sugar a Little over a month ago, and I can see those effects that she's talking about, I'm not craving sweet Stuff as I used to do
This was a random recommendation 7yrs later but I’m grateful for the knowledge. 😊
I cut out a lot of sugar for 50 days (not a complete anti-sugar thing I still ate it if it was from a holiday/celebration and if I was given it) but even with just that cut out my palate has completed changed, I didn’t lose weight like other people are saying because the calories amount in other food groups, but I was able to maintain my weight more easily.
If I stop eating sugar suddenly will that cause any health issues
Thank you for this
Awesome video thank you for the very useful information.
as an impulsive 17 year old i can say cutting added sugars from my diet , this past year, was the hardest thing ive done. but it's great for your health so 🙃
What a hero
It's important to do things in moderation. The odd allowance of treats to stop yourself losing all motivation is needed, so long as it's only once in a while
My mother wants me to stop eating sweets just because my brother has high blood pressure and diabetes. She’s just a paranoid h*ter that is just to skeptic about too many things.
I drink soda once in a while since I have indigestion and gas sometimes. I’ll eat something like Hagen Daaz ice cream once a week and I still have good blood sugar.

The palate change is so damn true. Earlier in my bid to stop excessive sugar intaking, the few times i tasted things like slushies or sodas, they tasted absolutely vile to me. i couldn't stand them. Your body naturally cuts out sugary things, if given a chance

That's so true i've observed all of these changes since i cut refined sugar .At the beginning it was difficult but after a while sweets won't even be appealing to you ,your body wont crave it as it used to ,you won't even be able to eat a lot cause your body will not sustain it and after all you will feel and look better!
About five years ago, I stopped eating/drinking things with refined sugar in them. I lost 12 pounds in about a month, and 20-25 pounds within 3-4 months with a bit of exercise! Within a year, changing what I ate to exclude bad carbs and sugar, along with exercising about four times a week, I lost 50 pounds.
Liz Hamilton wow great achievements congrats...am also doing the same thing...i ate fast food for 3 years but now am eating healthy...lets hope i get results soon
I completely quit sugar 3 years ago, and if you’re considering making the switch, DO IT. It is one of the best decisions I’ve made!
I left sugar for a month. Keeping every other thing unchanged in my diet. I didn't loose any weight. But I did feel really good.
Digestion improved. I feel more active during the day. But not much active during the workouts.
I'll suggest that you try it for 1 or 2 days first and see whether it suits you. Don't expect any weight loss if you don't reduce your calorie intake from other foods and if you don't work out.
I agree with the last point. I seriously found everything too sweet when i visited my parents during christmas.
I was wondering why my oatmeal was starting to taste good lately 😆🙈 good vid!
Wyatt Tumilty Lol
I stopped drinking soda a while ago and she's right about that last note; I feel like I can literally taste/grind/feel the sugar in the soda dissolving my teeth lmao
The whole palate changing is so true for me. I stopped taking in high sugar foods and drinks for about 2 months just because cause I was in a different country and I had to adapt to a new diet. Wasn't fond of the sugar treats they had. Even soda was different. When I returned home and had a sip of soda I was just disgusted of how sweet it tasted. Like seriously it was bad. But as the days went and sugar was slowly added it went back to normal. But im sure it would be easy to remove sugar once you see the palate change.
Great vid thanks for the info ℹ️
I tried to not eat sugar and junk food in general. In 6 months I lost 20 pounds. I was so happy, but my family and friends forced me to eat again because I was kinda skinny. So when I started to eat sugar again I was gaining all back and even more.
So if you want to give up on sugar, you can do that, but it needs to be permanently. And when you want something sweet you can have it ,but just a little bit
Just eat meat
yeah, I quit eating candy and shit for more than a year and whenever I eat sweets like a cake or even a coca cola it's just way too much. stick with h20 and oxygen guys
Expert Introvert stick with oxygen? What else are we going to breathe?
Chris Khamla mostly nitrogen.

Thank you.
When I first started working for a Chinese family in the back of a busy restaurant sometimes I would give them snacks and no matter who it was they would always say they were too sweet and make a grimace. Overtime I decided to follow in their footsteps with healthy eating, and I mean this is not what you will see on a menu in a Chinese restaurant I mean what they actually eat in the back of the restaurant. A much healthier diet and no soda and no sweets. I have been living that way now for over 3 years and now when someone asks me to try something sweet I can't even put it in my mouth. It's amazing how your palate can change.
If you wanna be on a sugar-free diet then forget about all the foods selling outside. Cause even in the foods that suppose not to be sweet you will find sugar sometimes!!! I wonder if they add some sugar to the air too😂😂
I am 15 years old and I haven't eaten sugar since 25 of October and I lost almost 30 kg... My weight is 62 kilograms with 179 cm height. I still don't eat sugars and I feel really greath. I recommend it to you if you are strong enough to stop eating sugars :)

Lmao I'm going to stop eating sugar too as I say this I was thinking of making strawberry milk
I quit sugar 3 weeks ago and I feel great, I finally have energy after years.
I'm on the diet that I can eat everything without sugar and fried stuff. And it's really work. At the first time I think it's super hard but I didn't eat alots of sweet and soda so for me it's not so hard. I spent 1 month to get use to it. And now I feel my life is changing into another level. Because I know I'm eating healthy and it's good for me, for my body in a life time. It's not diet anymore, it's lifestyle.
My sugar dealer won't leave me alone
i lost 20 pounds in three months when i gave up all sugar, I do walk every day
This is what Dr Atkins was saying years and years ago but many in the nutritional field thought his research was unfounded and would not work.....slowly more and more people are indirectly adopting most of his writings on the subject....
this is so true!! I naturally don't eat that much sugar and one day my friend was saying she doesn't like really sweet stuff. by chance, my other friend brought Reese peanut butter cups that day and I have never had one in my life before. oh and I consider myself to like sweet food. anyways, when I bit into it I felt like I was eating sugar with a spoon. it was sooo sweet it was literally disgusting. but my friend who said she doesn't like sweet food was eating it normally. I asked her how could she eat this, and she said that it doesn't taste that sweet, it just tastes normal. I was like tf. long story short, your body really does adjust to new levels of what's sweet

Keto Diet Baby
Elisha Long keto diet isn't sustainable.
Seung-hyun Cha Its very sustainable. Why are saying that
Elisha Long ketosis kicks in when your body cant get its preferred fuel source which is glucose. Its seriously obvious like you have to be an idiot to think the keto diet is ideal. Every cell in your body runs on glucose and when your body cant get that source it has to come up with a different way to get energy so it converts the fat into ketones. Ketones are less efficient than glucose. Its not a coincidence that your body produces a less efficient energy source when you cut out its preferred energy source.
Jordan you guys are forgetting that you're supposed to cycle with the keto diet throughout the year...
Adolf hitler you're a doctor with an "Adolf Hitler" username....? Try again
I've never like sweet so I don't take much sugar, I rarely drink water with sugar or fruits so I probably only get sugar from food, can this be a reason that it's hard to gain weight? I can't get past 40kg...

what u need is rice,that all.eat two handful rice a day(everyday).after a week.tadaaa.
I eat rice twice a day lunch and dinner everyday for my whole life. And since I love fried rice, sometime I'll have it for breakfast too and I often have nasi lemak for breakfast, I guess as an Asian my whole life centers around rice hahaha
Yes, I know. I am a student so I get free medical check up regularly, as of now nothing shows anything wrong with my nutrient composition except that I have weight below than average, trying to increase my upper body muscle mass too since I have lower mass there :)
razorlove1881 yep its not fat that makes you fat, its sugar that makes you fat.
This video is all I need.

Its so hard to cut out sugar though 😭 especially for bakers like me who work with sugar everytime we bake 😢😢
You can use Truvia instead of white sugar and Truvia Brown Sugar Blend instead of brown sugar in your baking recipes! Reduces the calories and saves your waistline!
I left eating sugar in January 2020. I get alot of cravings ( especially liquid) in summer, but I somehow control it. I don't get headaches anymore, no weakness on my face , no health issues whatsoever and above all I feel happy about it.
Make the changes slowly and stick with the slow decreases of sugar intake is key. I started with soda/pop replacing it with water and zero calorie flavored drink.
