saying clash is trash is true, in most situations. however, a coordinated team that supports the clash have a massive advantage, she makes them make dumb decicions and waste time & utility.
She CAN be good, anything CAN be good with a dedicated 5 stack

she doesn't need a dedicated 5 stack, a couple of randoms with mics can support a clash and stop a 5 people push.

Honestly a pretty good list in my opinion ln thing I would changed is having kapkan B tier I feel like at least from my experience they get droned out quite often

I completely agree with this list, ESPECIALLY the Solis. I mained solis from launch until the end of last season, and it REALLY feels like the nerf hammer hit her a little too hard. Her range is too small now to be useful, especially with all the other nerfs. If she still had a weapon out while using the ability like IQ that would help, but right now I struggle to play her.

Alibi in C tier is crazy, if someone knows how to use her, her ability is extremely lethal. Most players pre place them in corners and common angles around the map, but against a semi decent team that drones this doesnt work at all, instead you place it after baiting a gunfight to make the attacker believe its really you, then you can get easy wallbangs and kills. Alibi in C tier is a casual take imo she can easily be A tier especially that her gun is a 0 recoil laser.
Alibi offers no real utility other than a good gun, there are a LOT of better options. Rating alibi in A tier is DEFINITELY a casual take haha, which is fine, to each their own. I'm rating ops as someone who plays champions and pros daily.
She's 3 speed with a bailiff and nades and a utility that can waste so much time for the attackers and give so much information for defenders, again you're playing her wrong. It's a logical fallacy when you say you play against champs and pros because that's what we call an argument from authority and is fallible to this discussion.
