Ever wondered how Pyongyang’s downtown looks like?
How is life like in North Korea’s very epicenter?
What are North Korean’s elite like and how do they like to dress?
Is the North Korean traffic girl directing invisible traffic, or is she actually doing much more than that?
What’s this short video and you will find your answers for all those questions.
Don’t forget to check my entire playlist of videos I took in North Korea; some of them are very interesting, even if they are hiding behind a small number of views.

CLEAN AND PEOPLE DRESSED WELL
00:59 - North Korean Lady Gaga
Haha
good one
too be honest its looking very clean n ladies are dress very nicely
Because it’s a “civilized” city. Most cities prohibit normal people from living there, there’s almost little to no chance that a usual North Korean person would live there. Look at other parts of North Korea that don’t try so hard to look like the country is flourishing for propaganda reasons and you’ll get why people think that North Koreans live in horrible conditions.
that's because everyone who lives in pyongyang are from the elite north korean such as executives and huge business owners
Everyone there is rich or important or related to important people that’s why. -_-
These are just the elite of North Korea. Venture outside this one city and you’ll see millions of dying people who suffer from hunger, poverty, illness, and oppression.
they all dress the same
He is filming front in front of a tourist book store that every tour group visits when in Pyongyang
For some reasons this video reminds me about the matrix movie.
i LOVE most of these women's outfits (blazer and skirt especially)
It's like living in the 60's
They are real gentleman

2:04 The Real Housewives of Pyongyang
This looks like something you’d see in a bioshock game.
That guy at the end of the vid looking back and mean mugging the cameraperson
Let's remind ourselves that pyonyang is the place where only people from the elite live, and where foreigners come to visit north korea, therefore is way more taken care of than other places in north korea
Yeah, like any fucking capital city in the world lmao
What the fuck are you talking about?
We are well aware
The same could be said about every city ever
Let's remind ourselves that that's bullshit.
Pyongyang is the DPRK's industrial center. It's wealthier then the rest of the country, as is usually the case with capitals, but most of its inhabitants are workers.
Just to know. Cities were invented to collect as much workers as possible.
The vintage aesthetic would be very beautiful if it wasn’t for the very disturbing context
At 9:22 p.m. on March 26, 2010, the PCC-772 Cheonan, a Pohang-class patrol ship, was hit by a torpedo by a North Korean naval submarine while carrying out its patrol mission and sank.
After the attack, 58 people were rescued from the scene by PCC-778 Sokcho, a Pohang-class patrol ship operating in a nearby area, and by Chamsuri-class high-speed ships and coast guard ships in Baengnyeongdo Island, and 46 were killed.
Later, during the search operation, Han Ju-ho died on March 30 as a diving soldier, and on April 3, a double-choice civilian fishing boat 98 Geumyangho collided with a merchant ship, killing two people and missing seven,
resulting in 10
deaths/indirectly.
@@Kimjongun999 hm?
What is the disturbing context? That the leaders of the country actually focus on its people rather than multi million dollar corporations??
that's a quite dishonest reading of the situation with the north korean government. not saying that the first part of your sentence is false, the second one is.
