Congratulations to you both! I totally understand how you felt during your first trimester. I am also expecting and currently in the first trimester. This is my second child but my symptoms are much worse this time round. But thanks for the reminder that it does get better in the second trimester. not for evvveryone, if you are infertile fine, but for most people it does! For the majority of humankind, most know that doing the deed has a chance in resulting in pregnancy, everything else is just semantics. Congrats anyway.
You dont always know if you’re fertile or infertile tho. I’ve been married for two years and we wanted to have kids from the beginning but it still hasnt happened yet. We’re both in our twenties and didnt expect it to go this way. We plan but God is the Best Planner.

textmonsterlm er... We haven't mentioned anything about not using birth control. And pregnancy doesn't happen easily for everyone, so it's not abnormal to be shocked when it does happen quickly.
