Sorry, but when you get older, the face naturally hollows out. At that point they’ll want the fat back. I say, just stop messing with nature. Also, how are you a medical doctor and not discouraging this? Seems super predatory to take advantage for financial gain. It's scary and deeply concerning how vain society has become. I know its always been vain and people getting work done is nothing new but ....its overboard at this point. There are countless women going under the knife these days and some even losing their lives. I really think there are ways around this kind of stuff that's more natural and also safe. Its always easier to just love yourself as you are 😢

I think the hallowed faces are the result of being underweight or losing too much while in Ozempic, not typical for other weight groups.
I had plenty of buccal fat in my 20s, I now have hollow cheeks in my 30s. You never know what your body is going to do.
They are going to want that fat back around 40 and up

Well I have an 86 year old aunt and her jowls are so big and fat because of her buccal fat. Looks like bilateral mumps.
