Learn 3 Ways to turn OFF Engine light in 1 minute, you can only do that when you fine the problem, otherwise the check engine light will come on again
First way by OBD scanner tool, by scanning and erase the code
Second way: Removing negative battery terminal and connecting back again, it will reset the ECU
Third way, by pulling out ECU/ECM fuse and putting back again
Use 2nd and 3nd if you want to know How to reset ECU without obd scanner tool - Auta a dopravní prostředky
I removed the ECU fuse and plugged it back in, and it WORKED!!! Thanks! So easy...
Glad it helped
Was the check engine light because of the ecu? Because mines on rn because of the ecu
@@Polix199 it wasn’t at the time, but a couple of weeks later the car just wouldn’t turn over and that was the ECU, so I think it was the ECU all along.
Where is ECU located in camry 2.4???
Please where can i identify ECU in camry 2.4????
OMG!! i m a woman and my engine light kept coming up after service. I pulled the ECU fuse in and out, and GONE was the engine light!! Thanks man! Life saver!! It was so anoying that the fuse light kept coming on 😊
I have a Renault Clio Estate 2013, ecu in place 29!
Glad it helped
It did work. Thank You. I disconnected negative battery terminal and removed the ECM Fuse and put it right back in. The check engine light was off. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Glad it helped
Which one ecm fuse any code?
@@AliMECH After check engine light is turned off, how long should it take to take the car for emission test?
Good explaination. And very good you point out that you need to FIX the problem before resetting the light
Terminal disconnect / reconnect worked for our 2014 Outback!
Hi great video, How long until comes back on?
Thanks my friend, first I heard of simply removing the ECU fuse then place back. Cool !
You are welcome ✌
@@AliMECH dint knew this one thanks
@@shivamsaxena8447 anytime 🙏
Sir may you give your number
Thanks I’ll try that
Thanks for the tips, very helpful 👍
🙏🙏
Thank you, your video gave me the idea, though I had to remove the fuse for EFI in the engine compartment since ECU-IG and ECU-B in cabin didn't do the trick. It's a E12 2002 EU Corolla. It's a fuel burn issue according to the error code (catalytic converter/oxygen sensor).
Actually worked 2012 Pathfinder. Couldnt find the right fuse so i removed all near the ECU fuses and it worked. 😊
Where did you get that specific scanner tool and how exactly did you shut off the light?
Super helpful THANK YOU🤘🤘🤘
Happy to help!
Best vidéo on this Subject
Thanks
It worked. Thanks👍👍
Glad it helped
Thanks friend this is very helpful
Glad it was helpful!
Just keep the fuse off and never worry about it again ha ha ha ha
r u sure
😂🙏😅
@@AliMECH hey brother please tell can we do that?
Also, a great way to pass emissions is to not go. Lol
@@orbitty1354 Can one go for an emission test right away or few days after turning the check engine light off
Best advice!!!
Thanks
Really it is work thank you
Welcome
Thank you for this ,i get it erase after i remove the battery
Awesome 👌 thanks brother
Welcome 👍
Good job
Thanks
Great video I must subscribe to become a good MECHANIC
Fix the problem and clear codes is the only proper way
But what if you did fix the problem and still turns on
@@antongjonaj3427 then it's not fixed
When you say fix the problem, what does that mean? How long should it take for one to take the car for emission test after turning the lights off?
thanks
could you tell which ECU, as I have three or four ECU Fuses.
could you share witch OBD model is recommended please.
thanks again

Here I showed which fuse I pulled and in the video description, I have 2 obd scanner recommended
I learned something new
How long wil the light stay off for opt 3?
Should car be off when u take out fuse
Yes
Good video
Thanks
Good explanation for scammers to sell junk used cars
How you remove the brake light
you still have to fix the problem, otherwise light will come back on.
For sure, thats right
I removed the ECM fuse, but...do you take it out while the key is in the ignition and or while the car is on??
Did you take it out, with car on or off?
@@andywang3797 the car off.
Have checked all my fuse box but can't identify ECU
And what if show again?
I don’t see it in the panel smh I hate cars and I’m really trying my best to do this on my own
You just masking the problem until it gets worse. ??
Naber kanka Ingilizcen berbat ama iysin Masallah bana Tamirci lazim
You providing wrong information which would create other problems
1- never disconnect the battery to turn the check engine light off that is no no
Here is why
2- when you drive your vehicle the computer management system learns from your driving habit manage the vehicle sensors and assign a set of parameter for them to be able to run the engine and air file ratio and another system as well run the monitors and do on, when you disconnect the battery you erase everything all date especially freeze frame
After that when you start your car ECU USE THE DEFAULT VALUES SINCE THE DEFULT VALUE IS SET OF INSTRUCTION THAT GUILD THE ECU AND USE THISE VALUE TO RUN UR CAR KEEP IN MIND YOUR CAR IS NOT NEW ANYMORE THE SAME IS FOR SENSORS YIU MAY HAVE VOLTAGE DRIP AT THE END WITH OUT YOU KNOWING IT UR CAR RUNS LIKE SH..
Sorry can not write shaky hand and mistake I hope you understand disconnecting bat is not recommended
Even if you want to replace ur batt first use a 9volt batt to key the ECU running and disconnect the bat.
When I get the chance I make a video and explain enough to help u save money and little help during this difficult time
never heard this false nonsense before! i & millions of others reset their ecu learning all the time & my engine never runs like crap because of it. you have a whole lot to learn before you start barking false info on the internet!
Your response is what I like to call “a half truth” it’s got some good reasoning behind it but it’s not true. True your car does learn the best way to function as you drive. But when reset, it will return to the factory setting which are pretty good. The manufacturer knows how to properly run their car.
You make it sound like disconnecting battery is a bad thing. It's not. It'd normal and often necessary before working on the engine.
Bs
lol you kinda fail to understand just how much data history a car uses for calculations. It's not some learning AI that collects a lifetime of data. It uses current inputs from the engine, not a running tab of records that are used as a road map at different stages of It's life.
