I'm having an offer from Ltimindtree and they are not onboarding us and there's literally no update. I had another offer but didn't go with it because of ltimindtree, please if you have any update then tell us. Also that's why I'm trying other off campus drives but what the heck is this package!
Did you ask your tpo to contact the hr? Our tpo says he's not allowed to tell us anything.
My friend got selected in Mindtree through on campus, he recently visited banglore head office. They told that, sorry for the delay, we Onboarding on batches you have Wait for your batch. Every offers will be honour, we Onboard everyone for sure.

Yes bro. We also had been hearing this from August. There's no point of contact and at least the company should send a notification that tentative date is this and that, every other company is in touch with the candidates unlike this. The last onboarding happened on 4th oct from my side they said there's not enough business demand, next onboarding will be on dec or Jan.
@@orionellis7910 See, same happening in all MNC s they won't reply for everyone. But your concern is also a valid, companies should do contact with selected candidates, but many of the MNCs are not giving proper response. In this case very worst company is HCL Tech, they even didn't send offer letters to candidates & not reply to anyone for 1 & more years. Be happy atleast Mindtree members have received offer letter. Hope you will be on board soon. Don't worry.
