Playing quarterback in the NFL is one of the most important jobs in all of sports.
So when we see a guy rise to the top of the profession and achieve superstar status, it almost catches the public off guard-particularly because we have seen so many QBs, even some who were stars in college, struggle in the pros…
But what’s even more surprising is when we see a superstar quarterback fall off the proverbial cliff-and become forgettable almost overnight.
Let’s take a look back at 10 NFL signal callers who went from superstar to forgettable!

Peyton had 1 bad season at 39. There’s a ton of guys that should’ve been on the list over him.
His face looks so much like a horse's face it's very comical. You take every chance you can take to put him on any list that you can son. There's a lot of people out there that are willing to pay good money to see a video of Peyton making horse noises in a horse costume for ten minutes straight. If Peyton was willing to get jiggy with it big willy style on video film featuring a live horse I think the world would be a better place and he could make himself enough money to fix his face and bee whole if he so desired.
Nah, that’s season was one of the worst by a qb at any age, but I agree that they didn’t mention a plantar fasciitis injury at 39 and came back to manage the game enough to win a Super Bowl. The body made a major drop off in that season; his mind did not
@@jimmy10gs84 Was that you in the bathroom stall last night at Wal-Mart? You have emotional problems James.
@@jennyanydots2389 yeah Peyton had a great career but I’d still put maybe Brady and Montana above him all time.
@@jimmy10gs84 I'd put Aaron Rodgers ahead of him as well.
Putting Peyton Manning on this list and not Cam Newton is crazy to me (and I’m a Panthers fan /: )
Edit: My wording wasn’t great. I DON’T think Manning should be on this list.
Yeah. I’m also a panthers fan and I agree
Love your Manning mentions except you forgot to mention that he ended his career leading the Broncos to a Superbowl.
Facts my guy
I didn't Manning win a Super Bowl that year that they were there talking about
Same
Putting Peyton on this list disqualifies the entire thing. He’s STILL an icon. Bad take, TPS.
Bad take? Nothing new for them. They've become the WatchMojo of NFL lists.
Same with Kurt Warner
TPS always has the worse takes
Not to mention him and his brother have a prime time football show lol
Just enjoy the show 🙂😜
Kinda disrespectful to put Peyton on this list, not a bronco or colt fan but still remember what he did through out the years.
Agreed he had a injury and was getting healthy won a super bowl and retired ..
True my guy! he will always be a great Qb to me he was the last great Qb Seinfeld hopefully Russ 😜🙏
I agree. Sure he wasn't exactly a great quarterback he last year or so. But he still showed up when it mattered. Regardless this list is more of legacy rather than drop off. No one is forgetting Peyton Manning anytime soon.
I don't think a single NFL fan thinks Payton Manning is forgettable
Manning had to be benched because of plantar fasciitis. Walking on that is hell, let alone trying to drop back and plant your feet. I’m pretty sure he has found solace in his second Super Bowl ring and GOLD FCKN JACKET! Show some damn RESPECT!
@Christian Labbate nah, I don’t really feel like it.
Video suggestion: Rank every nfl team's locker rooms
The Rams/Chargers would be number 1.

Really Peyton forgotten already? Making me feel like if I'm 50 and I'm only 25. I don't think everyone has forgotten about him.
ysll trippin with peyton he was like he 37 or something give him a break
TY
He was also injured his final season. That took away some of his arm strength and effectiveness.
Peyton is not forgotten. Remember what happened at the end of the season and Osweiler collapsed and Peyton came back in and lead the team to Super Bowl 50. Fuck this list
he didn’t lead anything. the defense carried super hard
Defense carried, manning played like straight dogshit
@@xxjuliusgamingxx6048 that doesn't mean he's forgettable
@@xxjuliusgamingxx6048 one bad season shouldn't make one of the greatest qbs of all time become forgotten.
Peyton Manning went through 3 operations and still was able to come back to play and win a Super Bowl. To those who watched him play, NEVER FORGETTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who are you talking about?
agreed
His defense won the game not him 🤣🤣🤣
@@nathanpond2530 most overrated QB in history. Complete choker in the playoffs.
@@patricksmith5282 *cough* *cough* Wentz *cough* *cough*
Why on earth is peyton manning on the cover
Thank you!
Agreed, and you can make a argument that Kurt Warner made himself a superstar twice over for two teams brief maybe but not forgotten
Clickbait... All marketing
@@zachscott4096 yeah I agree with you on that
Warner's last few years are forgettable because he lost in the super bowl? Taking a directionless team like the Cardinals to within a few plays of winning it all is pretty damn memorable.
His bee whole was tight all day son.
Right this video sounds pretty stupid on so,e par5#
@Babylonian Cowboy His bee whole stunk up the joint hard core though. It was in his contract that he had to pay the team every time he went number two in a stadium bathroom. He would've played another season or two as a backup if his toilet ring wasn't so loose.
I see TPS has snorted his weekly dose of coke before he uploaded. No way in hell P. Manning is forgettable. Smh...
Peyton Manning will never be forgettable
Peyton retired after winning a chip wym forgotten😂 TPS wildin out like Adam Schefter
Peyton won the superbowl then retired. He’s still considered a goat
Only people with heavy, heavy down syndrome truly believe that.
Exactly that was pretty inaccurate
@@calebj9883 Too bad your gender designation isn't.
@@jennyanydots2389 what does that even mean
@@jennyanydots2389 if you really want to know I’m 14 and a straight dude
I’m a little confused with Peyton even being on this list at all not that I don’t see the fall off but his cliff was his end so it kinda expected? Like Bledsoe makes sense Culpepper, Gannon, those guys are perfect for this list but Manning? And Warner is being smeared by TPS!
Warner's already been smeared fully by gallons of hot sea men.
They dont know what theyre talking about its like that for all videos
@@ama1208 Is that why you watch them, read the comments and leave comments? I think you don't know what YOU are talking about son. Maybe you should apologize right now.
10 QBs that had a great late-career season, then fell off the following year and retired.
drew brees ?
When did Peyton Manning turn unforgettable? He retired after his super bowl win. TPS yall was wrong for that one, hands down
Honestly, RG3's downfall was due more to the fact that Shanahan didn't care for RG3's knee injury (which I think was an ACL Sprain) and decided to start him in the last game of the season and caused the injury to reaggrivate and end RG3's season before the playoffs.
Tragic how he was treated by his own coach.
Love your video man
Hey remember that Payton Manning guy? What a friggin BUST
😂 right. Ain’t forgetting Kurt anytime soon either especially after the film made for him.
I’m surprised you didn’t mention Ryan flits Patrick
To be fair, Kurt Warner was 28 when he got the starting job in St Louis. He didn’t fall off, he just got older and was a late bloomer.
The Definition of Jared Goff
how tf is Peyton on this list he literally retired after he won a chip how is that forgettable
Let’s be honest tho he was a bottom 5 starter by then
They won bc they had an all time great defense.
Ayyy new TPS upload
Collin Kapernik brought it on himself.
Man shut up he stood on MORALS AND PRINCIPLES something you probably know nothing about
@Babylonian Cowboy why because he got tired of seeing black innocent people get killed by cops or the corrupt system or because he converted to Islam???? Ignorance is running rampant please get off this site with yours
The way Cam Newton went is si sad because he went from MVP to a backup to Sam Darnold and his passing game isnt great but can still run and its just sad how he went then to now
Drew Bledsoe was terrific in the 1990’s, but he was clearly passed his prime once that decade came to an end. They say Bill Belichick was liking Tom Brady much more than him going into the 2001 season. The Patriots owner loved Bledsoe so much that he gave him a huge contract that off-season, making demoting him as starting QB rather difficult. I also think a few of those Buffalo Bills teams (2003, 2004) would have been much better with a quarterback in his prime and let us not forget about the benching in Dallas for Tony Romo in 2006, Drew Bledsoe’s final season in the NFL.
No he became able and wit the bills
Rip Dwayne Haskins rest easy king 👑🙌🏼🙏🏼
Peyton? Fucking seriously?
Daunte Culpeppers career is similar to cam newton's both were beasts, both suffered injuries and both were never the same afterwards
How did Vick make the list he is not forgettable because he reinvented the game of football as a scrambling quarterback back
You’re forgetting the dog fights
@@Locketlover that makes him more memorable 💀
Torturing and murdering dogs had something to do with that.
I think joe flacco because when they won the super bowl and losing ray lewis, the team got weak and started going downhill with flacco on the team
Totally agree. Man went from starter to back up on the Jets
Video suggestions can you rank top 10 revivers and qb from this year
Nah Peyton is one of the best he ain't forgotten in Denver
Being remembered by Denver is like being remembered by a down syndrome patient with dementia guilty of sex crimes. Denver isn't even really part of the United States everyone else just feels bad so we let them pretend.
@@jennyanydots2389 ok but he's remembered in the state of coloarado
you should do the opposite of this, forgettable qbs that turned into superstars overnight
noone will ever forget daunte culpeppers perfect season though, the lions then drafted stafford because of it
Video Suggestion Rank every NFL teams training facility🏈
video suggestions: rank every nfl teams jersey
MANY of these quarterbacks are the reason why Cincinnati Bengals signed some quality offensive linemen this off season...a few more seasons like 2021 for Joe Burrow and he will look like Peyton's 2016 season...no organization can allow their star quarterback to be a PINATA for the likes of Aaron Donald!
Video suggestion: Every teams best offensive and defensive year
Video suggestion : video about the best/rare cleats worn in games to personalized cleats
Peyton Manning had only one bad season! In 2001 and in 2015 (due to injury). He is by far one of the greatest other than Drew Brees, Warner, Favre, & Aaron Rodgers
you must not have watched peyton play a single game in his career, theres only 2 quarterbacks ever who are comparable to peyton manning thats tom brady and brett favre. drew brees and aaron rodgers were 2nd tier hall of famers
@@austinhensley6553 I have. Ur right he’s a Game Changer and a prolific passer
@@austinhensley6553 Brett Farve over Joe Montana? Steve Young? Dan Marino? Not disagreeing just curious where you would put those three on the all time great list
There was a few month span when Kapernick was the highest selling Jersey in the league…
Also you can say what you want about the Peyton Manning thing but this list is exactly right.. if you watched a Peyton at the end .. other than that amazing season.. it wasn’t fun.. he was pushing the ball
But Peyton was NOT forgettable, which is what this list is about and everyone takes issue with.
@@Eternally_Sardonic but yeah was he was even benched for Oswsiler at the end like the list says
Can’t say manning in that list one bad season in a stellar career the guy was a true great and a gentleman to boot.
Facts 💯
Dak Prescott need to watch this!
I never once thought Culpepper was a good QB. He just benefited from having a prime Randy Moss taking the defense attention. Once the Vikings traded Moss to Oakland. The first couple of games in the 05 season Culpepper got exposed before his ACL injury he suffer against the Bengals who picked him off 5 times that game.
Is that because he's a black?
Bruh how did he make the madden cover then????!!! I suppose he was a good qb in his prime.
@@RavinderKaur-eb7br Vince Young once made the madden cover so it's not really that great of an indicator as to even a good qb. There is an off chance that I'm your biological father though so keep that in mind son.
Do Forgettable to Superstar
Really, Peyton Manning? Cam Newton should have taken his spot, and Ben Roethlisberger should be here because by the end, woof it was rough to watch him play. Both great QBS that wore themselves out. But I doubt anyone is gonna forget any of these 3 just because they were all the face of their franchises for so long...in NFL terms.
Yeah Big Ben is overrated. He literally was known for sexual assault
Brady fans shouldn't laugh. It could happen to him in 10 years or so.
Yeah but he’ll have the excuse as a 55 yr old
Gannon only had a few great seasons but it’s TPS
TPS FEEL OFF THE SAME WAY!!🤣🤣
Rank every team best playbooks/schemes
Brady was a 2nd year player when Bledsoe went down
The Washington team played Robert Griffin while he had a pretty bad injury and Kaepernick GOT LAZY his Jim Harbaugh said Kaepernick got lazy...so if you quit working hard to improve your game...your game will LEAVE YOU!
If Warner hadn't hooked up with NFL network, and gotten into the NFL "clique," he never gets into the Hall of Fame. I think that's the story for quite a few, actually. Get into broadcasting and become better after you played than you ever where while you did. Like David Carr.
Brett Farve… that one year on the Jets was weird and after bounty gate he didn’t really bounce back
I’ve watched all of these guys play. I feel old

Andy Dalton, Jared Goff, etc
Peyton could never be forgotten you started this off bad
Brady wasnt a rookie when he took Bledsoes job his rookie season was 2000
Just because you are a footnote in Tom Brady's resume doesn't mean you have become obscure. Peyton is a top 5 QB for sure regardless of era. He also makes good commercials and is important to two franchises and is even in the front office of the broncos.
dang...
I respectfully disagree in regards to Payton Manning.
Mi remember the night McNabb was traded. I was not a happy camper
Do Top 10 NFL Players that had their careeres ruined by an injurue.
I wasn't expecting see guys like Warner, Vick and Manning on this list. When you say forgettable I imagined QBs we wouldn't still be talking about till this day. That said, how about making a list of those 1-season-superstar players?
That’s what it should’ve been
Anyone that is iconic or borderline hall of fame or at least are in the hall of very good is not forgettable.
Forgot that alex smith lost his starting job not once... BUT TWICE
Ranking every super bowl lossing qb
Wouldn't Tom Brady be the top 3 because he had the lead at half or 3rd quarter and the defense collapsed? The Tom Brady that lost to the Eagles is easily the greatest QB to lose the big game 😂 4th is Jim Kelly and 5th is prolly Kaepernick lol
Do top ten nfl players who are anime fans
Falling off and forgettable are two completely different things. No one is forgetting who manning or Warner or Vick are.
I’m not sure Peyton Manning could ever be considered forgettable. Physically, he struggled his last year, but his football IQ was still amazing. Plus, Manning wasn’t simply benched. He had plantar fasciitis. If you’ve ever had that, you know it’s horribly painful. You can’t compare most quarterbacks at the end of their careers. If you’re going by how their play falls off at the end of their careers, you could put most quarterbacks on your list.
Warner is not forgettable at all. They literally made a freakin MOVIE about him.
Did you really call Peyton Manning and Kurt Warner... Forgettable? Who the hell comes up with these lists?
Putting Peyton on here is insane, but thanks for putting him first so I could turn it off and not waste my time.
One question, what did Kurt Warner do to rate him going into the HOF?
Be the qb on one the best offenses lead the worst nfl team to the superbowl and should have won if his defense wasn't incompetent in major moments as well as he was arguably the best passer of his time
You must’ve clearly never see him play. He had some rocky stints but he was part of the greatest show on turf and nearly won the cardinals a super bowl (and didn’t lose because he played bad)
I didn't take this list seriously when you opened with Peyton on here. Are you joking?
Carson Palmer could had been on there twice as well...
Even if Peyton was bad he still was relevant. I don’t think his segment was historically accurate. He’d belong in a video about QBs whose age got the best of them or something.
Peyton Manning being on this list borderline discredits the entire channel.
How is Peyton Manning on this list for one bad season? Dude was hella dominant for his time. Constantly in the playoffs, usually had double digit wins each season, near the top when it came to passing yards and tds each season, most passing yards in a single season, most passing tds in a single season.... yeah he is forgettable, not.
This might be an unpopular opinion but I don't think Michael Vick was that good from the start all he really was, was a running back playing qb.
Please stop watching football
Peyton Manning also played injured his final season. Where is Cam Newton? He absolutely belongs on this list.
TPS should do the stinkiest offensive lines of the NFL segment. Sigh, Mike Vick I always think of what could've been. He was a football prodigy having spectacular talent. That man was the whole package in football shattering rushing & passing records. Vick did everything well, including tackling but, he still never won the big one. He was the greatest QB to never win a SB.
I would take Mark Bulger off the list and put Steve Mcnair on there
How do you mention Michael Vick without mentioning the 🐕-fighting? 🤨
He DiD hIs TiMe ThEyRe OnLy DoGs
He was a sadist.
This narrator is probably a Cam Newton fan and still hurt his QB disappeared literally overnight. PFM ended with a Superbowl W.
