95 Liters Laboratory Hot Air Oven with Timer & Safety Thermostat

In this video we have demonstrated our newly constructed 95 liters laboratory hot air oven. Inner dimensions of this oven is 450 x 450 x 450 mm or 18 x 18 x 18 inch. Inner chamber is made of 0.7 mm (22 gauge) thick stainless steel 304 which is CNF fabricated. Outer construction is 22 gauge powder coated GI sheet. Overall unit is mounted on casters with lock. There is a over temperature safety thermostat fitted at rear side of the hot air oven which does not let the temperature go higher than set value if main PID controller fails. It is fitted with digital PID temperature controller with LED display, in-built timer 9999 minutes and safety alarms. It also give beep alarm sound when timer is stop.
