The narrator is the real MVP in this Arc 🙌
It's sad how this arc gets discredited sometimes because of the narration. Like it's not the series' fault that some people's ego is so fragile, they get hurt by explanations (despite them being obvious)

Episode 111 one of the slowest episodes in all of anime takes place in all under 5 seconds absolute peak

Sorry for the minor spoilers, but you're there already likely. The biggest casuality for sure is the staircase, having so much screentime was a huge red flag
Staircase was death flagged the moment Youpi's booty touched down.
The staircase was one of the saddest casualties in the history of anime 🥲

HxH Chimera Ant arc is one of the very few shows that make using a narrator a good thing. It actually enhances the experience putting us in the psychy of the characters in a poetic way. It just makes every decision made by a character so much cooler
this episode is so good, also the voice of Zeno sayin "DRAGON DIVE" with a sligh echo gets me so damn hyped up every time, same with the first attack by Netero.
Worth noting tho, Pitou couldn't really react in time, but she basically didn't take any damage.
ep 111 is so good its one of my top 3 eps of HxH 😁
to think that most of next episodes are only a couple seconds in real time, and yet sooo well done it's insane, i'm definetly following this reactions

Before I even watch let me just point out that at his slowest when he finished up in the mountains he could do 4 of those prayer punches in 1 second.
It is the only motion he has that has higher speed than pitou, he can't really do much damage to him/her which is insane
i think a small correction is in order, netero solos pitou. dont ever disrespect the chairman again.

He can most definitely damage Pitou no problem. In fact, i think Netero could take on Youpi and Pitou at the same time. They are slower and weaker than the king, less durable and not as smart. They'd probably never figure out a way to reach him and just get pummeled to death.
Yeah one slaps wouldn’t do much damage but she’d never be able to get close to Netero and he’d wear her down after a thousand or so hits

He was 50 when he came from the mountains and the narrator said that was over six decades ago, so it could’ve been 61 or 69 years ago, meaning he’d be somewhere between 111 and 119 yrs old
