I have never heard a more accurate sentence then that one. 90% of everything I've ever wanted to learn I've had to learn on my own. There's been a few teachers or mentors but they can only provide the fundamentals. For what I really want, I gotta go after it.

Very useful video I showed this video to my villagers and they are living dreams earning millions and had no education but only have some motivation,vision and hard work I am thanksfull to teamfearless because of overdose of motivation i am able to work 16 hours a day and It was never possible 💪

You won't develop mental strength or greatness without failure! So we do need to create failure for others to clean up in order for them to learn. That is start by choosing the easy option. Your boss will not understand your hard work if you constantly fix all issues. You need to create more problem on the way to keep you busy evolving. That is by constantly fiddling and beating the current system instead of settling. Same goes in life.
