Watching this show has become our December tradition the past few years and although it's surreal and emotional to watch at the end of 2020, this parade was an EZ win in my book!
After the parade,, these floats are on display all month at the park overlooking the city lights! Every evening, folks come from all over, to drive through the park, passing every float up close and personal! It is a magical wonderland!
And near the Walgreen's and Kohl's in that town, a giant wreath with a candle in the middle greets you from above! It was also once a Ferris wheel at some point in the '80's. Imagine the height from the top of that thing.... Yikes! Another attraction below the main float display has been demonstrated for only a few years, known as "Folepi's Enchanted Forest". Dozens of Christmas trees, lights, and a giant inflatable snowman adorned a plaza known as The Levee District. If you were lucky to have snow on any of the nights it was around, it would've been another sight to behold!
WOWWWW...I love going there every year. It’s about 15 mins from my house and I’m so glad they are getting recognized for their incredible work. Good job FOLEPI
Amazing Season! Binge watched in it! What a sensory overload with all the feels flashing back to my childhood. My grandad coming in second every year in the Corpus Christi, TX paper..so I am wired for this. Thank you #TheGreatChristmasLightFights for making my #Christmas bright!
Out of all the Seasons on this show, This is my absolute favorite, although our very own Storybook Land (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) was also a part of this episode, The parade of lights is MY FAVORITE 😍 🤩♥️🎄🎉🎊🪅
It was recorded last year back in November. I live around where FLOEPI is from and the parade had made local news the year before that they were entering. Plus if you watched it live it showed a notice that it was recorded pre-pandemic/covid restrictions.

I used to go every year, I moved away in 2000. Plan on coming back next year
