The builder is a Non Goan. Whoever has sold their land to these outsiders has sold Goa and Goans down the drain. Think long and hard before selling your land, houses etc to Non Goans just because you'll are getting few lakhs or crores more. This is the consequence our children have to suffer of being a minority in our own land. These apartments are not for us Goans but all outsiders.
