TYERecords and re:TYE are run by the same founding members (Jefferz, Rachellular, Sorachu and Spiral) though have some fundamental differences between them:
TYERecords is based around mostly TV-size covers using mostly official instrumentals and consists of a number of members/vocalists in a closed group.
re:TYE is a spin off group that focuses only on creating full versions and uses only commissioned instrumentals created by talented musicians around the community with vocalists being not exclusively from TYER i.e. they don't have to be members. Also, all re:TYE songs are available to buy on a number of platforms (Itunes, Spotify etc.) which many people requested in the past.
This partial video here is used to promote our other channel, re:TYE, as it's still fairly new and people don't really know about it. So we're hoping fans of our work on TYER will also enjoy our work on re:TYE as well! We've created two channels to keep the focuses of each channel separate as they have both have different goals/ it's more organized to keep them in different places.
On your other note, unfortunately, YT formatted links do not work when people click them via the browser as opposed to the app. So while the YT formatted links will work on the app, people on the browser will not be able to access these links so either way links will be broken for someone.
