    Can this be done on the maschine jam?

    • @minutiaemusic
      @minutiaemusic  Před 4 lety +2

      From what I've read yes it can! You use the touch strips instead for dialing in parameters. Keep in mind that the Jam doesn't have a screen for locating and reading names of parameters, though.
      Edit: So upon further inspection (page 120 of Maschine Jam Manual) the only parameters that can be P-Locked are: Control, Aux, Macro, Level, Swing, Tune Or Pan.

      @@minutiaemusic Amazing video. I just tried what you did in the video on my jam and it all works perfectly! Never thought to hold adjacent areas in the event area before. For your update, what are things you can P-lock on the full maschine that you don't think you can do on the Jam?

    I know this is an older video but I found it helpful. I came here to find out if you could set it to do it over a set period.... Which you can
    ... But its arduous holding every step.
    That being said, if you change the step quantize in grid then you can do a bar at a time which makes it much easier

    Wow really cool tip. That works with anything in the step sequencer?

    • @minutiaemusic
      @minutiaemusic  Před 2 lety

      Yep! As long as there are parameters available you can adjust any of them on a step by step basis.

    Yooo homie! Sold the Push 2 in favor of Push 1?

    • @minutiaemusic
      @minutiaemusic  Před 4 lety

      Yep! I actually didn't hold on to the Push 2 for very long. As great looking as the 2 is the 1 does everything I need to and I'm quite comfortable with it.
