very detailed and well explained. thanks!
Perfectly explained.
Well done, thank you
So what happens is basically we have an refrigerant I.e. ammonia which is compressed by the compressor converting it to high pressure and high temperature vapor nh3 , now to cool down it goes to the condenser and turns into liquid refrigerant still with high pressure it goes to the receiver and gets stored as high pressure high temp vapor , now it goes to the expansion valve which significantly alters the temp . And turns refrigerant onto cool liquid state but pressure also drops , it's basically a mixture of vapor and liquid, now the refrigerant is passed into the evaporator and absorb heat from the brine soln and is again taken to the compressor
Thanks for valuable information .
Perfect.....Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for knowdge sharing.
Perfect.Thanks
Excellent teacher
Extraordinary ✨
Thanks alot very good presentation
Thank you
Thanks!
thanks for sharing
Thank you very much
Great lecture!!! Damn. I surprised
Thanks love from india
Sir/mam,
it's a very well elaborated vdo that I have ever seen
Its very useful to me as it is my Electrical Diploma Final Year project of a subject..
I just want it's electrical wiring installation with equipments used
So it's a very humble request to u
Please plz
Can u send me the Electrical Wiring Installation of the Ice factory.?🙏🙏🙏
My submission is Tomorrow after 12 PM
I will be very grateful for you if u help me in this 🙏🙏🙏
Wonderfull
very useful for youth to start their business, please share the procedure part document
That's a new idea for me that brine solution moving out of brine tank.
pleas you make video related ship refrigeration system and also other topic
I have seen some making ice plant the submerge they evaporator into the brine solution.
Also the air pumps that pump air through the tubes that are inserted into the center of the cans to agitate the water during the freezing process to form clear ice. That was how we did it in the old days.
Thanks
👍 Thanking the
Perfect video with very good explanation 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
👌
Good Video, Thanks !!
Nice presentation. However, my understanding is that as you said the Compressor pressurizes the gas so the Temperature goes up while remaining a Vapor. The purpose of the Condenser is then to lower the temperature, and by dropping the Temperature, it Condenses it to Liquid, so that it is now High Pressure, Low Temperature, Liquid. After it goes through the Expansion Valve it would become a Low Pressure, Super Low Temperature, Liquid (Boyles Law and the drop of temperature based on the lowering of the Pressure). After going through the Evaporator, it absorbs the latent heat from the brine solution which rises the Temperature and Evaporating the Liquid to a Vapor, so that it is now a Low Pressure, Warm Temperature, Vapor. Then to the Compressor where it starts over and is converted into a High Pressure, High Temperature, Vapor.
Compressor -> High Pressure, High Temperature, Vapor
Condenser -> High Pressure, Low Temperature, Liquid
Expansion Valve -> Low Pressure, Super Low Temperature, Liquid
Evaporator -> Low Pressure, Warm Temperature, Vapor
then start all over by going back to a . . .
Compressor -> High Pressure, High Temperature, Vapor
Very Informative Video
Thank you so much,it is very useful for my ppt presentation.
Hi anyone can help me, What size or HP of compressor , filter drier liquid receiver and expansion valve should I use for making a MINI ICE PLANT? Or anyone can tell me the math to perfectly make this DIY Project of mine
This was good. Now if I can see it in reality.
wow even tho ive been using the internet for a long time,im still surprised with the amount of info it has,i mean i could study anything from anatomy to how to make a goddamn bomb lol
Bomb what do you mean?
i thought when the (high pr. high temp NH2) goes through the condenser it will drop its temp. making it (high pr. low temp nh2)?
i also thought of this
I remember the water has to be pure...And the water tanks needed some salt tablets I thought it was 2 tablets (ounces) per 30 or 40 gallons...
Why not glycol in lieu of brine?
One more motor should include this drawing. Ie agitators motor for equal cooling of brain
Exactly...
its a high pressure and low temp. liquid when its out into the condenser ,because condenser already release the heat through the water cold condenser,
thanks me later
Ice😂why we struggle so hard😂😂😂to become soft😂😂😂
