It's more likely that he thought lesh won't come back to the range of his e and moved back right away and tried to go back to the tower range edge and pressed E when lesh came back, but lesh moved half a sec earlier. High level dota players are at a point where they feel the range for their heroes, esp when it comes to their most played heroes

cramps are normally caused my a lack of sodium in the body, so probably just need to add some salt to your food, or drink something that has salt in it to help reduce the chances of cramps :) gym bro science here to save you :)

Why creatine? Is that good? I also take vit D and fish oils because I don't eat fish, which is funny because I live on an island. :p I have vid D free from Norway (don't know how) they just sent it to me. :D I do have family there, but I am not sure about the citizenship. (mixed parents) Prolly I do have cuz they never ask me for anything when I travel there.
Yes, fish oils are extremely good for you, especially ours. (Croatia) IMHO you don't really need vit C, you have it in most of the foods.
Creatine increases water retention in your muscle cells, making them appear bigger & increasing your strength output. It's medically safe since it's one of the most researched supplements. Meat products have creatine, but it's more cost effective to supplement it.
