I’m 75 and no legend but I just bought a another shovel basket and I hope I get to finish this one too. If I can’t ride it I know a young fella that if he does enough putting it together I’ll give it to him.
Legends never die and legends are never forgotten when it comes to the end of their day they just kick start their bike and write off in the sunset and aren't seen again but they are never forgotten and they are always remembered...
Aside from the Larry Pierce videos, this has to be one of the best build invite videos. To me it feels like the beginning of what should be an hour or so documentary on Tom.
I love his style...I love how he´s not playing to be the worlds toughest and hardest rocker n´ biker. I love his how he´s thinking... I think he´s one of few TRUE bikers...
True saud.. At least he live life he want,Freedom, humble man, giving inspiration doing what he love,..and best part is that he was companied by a good carring Lady whom love him bcoz of what he is..
Nah man obviously the real bikers are the old timers nowadays on their bagger just complaining about how the younger generation doesn't understand what being a "true" biker is. Tom fugle is the real old generation of biker
@@TwIsTeDxGuArDx damn true... All these old heads calling people "hipsters" and "posers". Like come on. Ever thought about the fact that its just a lot of fun to chop and ride a bike? That its fun to hang out with friends? Nah that never crossed their minds. Obviously all us youngsters are doing it for our "social media profile". Garbage. As if its so prestigious to ride a chopper lmao... Tom is one of those man that got it. That understand that life is about fun. And thats it.
Indian Larry, David Mann, Tom Fugle and now Arlen Ness. All the guys that were doing it when I was growing up in the 70's and 80's are starting to leave us..... Damn.
@@sopascat7 Right on sir! I get discouraged when I see Big Wheel, Easter Egg bikes with 10 million amp stereo's doing the 20 mile and 40 Grand thing sitting in front of bars. Then I see some kid gettin' it on blasting down the road on a bike built to RIDE, packed for a long weekend run that is going to cover MILES. Then I know everything is going to be alright. Ride on...
There's some great footage of Tom before he passed and from him back in the day in the film 21 Days Under the Sky. RIP Tom Fugle. Gone, but never forgotten. 💀♠
Ive watched this video more times than anyone could imagine.Tom youve amazed and inspired so many youve captured both old school and straight out fairytale work in your choppers. Thanks to you and Indian larry Im not gona give up on my dream of becoming a chopper builder. And Jenny Toms Legend lives on throw every rocking chopper and as anyone can see he defiantly diddnt waste his life doing something that would be forgoten.Much love from Dublin Ireland
You are a legend my Brother. Living free in a country doing its best to destroy it is not an easy task. We need more superhero’s and role models and you sir are both.
Thank you Tom, thank you Mrs. Fugle for the inspiration of doing what we want, my wife is just like you. When I stare at my bike she says go ride. I am 72 so every chance I get and she lets me, I do. Thanks much
I spent many hours with Tom in his basement. He showed me how to use a torch, the right way. I love how he thinks. He loves to make art, and I love him for it. Way to go Tom..
My buddy and I ran into Tom at the Yokohama mooneyes show ,he absolutely had that sparkle in his eye and you could tell he just loved being there , had the grin and enthusiasm of a of young kid. Just inspiring .
Killer vid, Tom you are bringing back so many good times. Im 63, the doc says Im at least 70 insides. I have built many choppers too. I could go for ever. But thank you
Well we here in Australia can sure appreciate your beautiful work Tom. A perfectionist with limitless vision. Thanks for the privilege of seeing your dedication !
160 people who dislike this short film, why. This man was a true founder of the chopper scene and represented the true meaning of being free. As free as a man can be
Man, I would have liked to have met that man! I'm 40 years old, I grew up in TN and I've always been taught when someone older than you speaks, you shut up and listen! I've worked in the Construction industry for the past 16 years and I've had the privilege to meet older men like Tom that can build cool shit like that! Thanks and God bless everyone!
He is and will always be a legend on this world and the world he created for us that love and enjoy choppers. Rip Mr. Fugle. You taught us how to proceed into life doing what you love.
Yeah right at least i am 21 and have a chopper i am trying to build, theres more 50+ years olds making payments on a street glide right now and think they customized it when they the put the same dumbass apes the last guy did and the same screaming eagle stage 2 kit oooohhhhhh wow and only 350 a month. Yeah they really know what riding is all about

These are the lessons to be learned. This man built chops before discovery Channel. Now he's getting his dues. Young cats will never appreciate what the old cats made. Respect
I've had the great opportunity to meet and talk to this guy a couple of times a few years back when I lived up around Sioux City. It's so cool that they did a tribute to him because I've told quite a few people about this dude and how awesome and real he is and how the blue panhead he had with him at the time I met him was and is the most beautiful chopper I've ever seen in my life! I wish I could find pictures of it.
Both are so laid back, makes for a great story that it's not scripted ,no star lighting and makeup just life and the reality of it not cut and reassembled .
Mad respect for Tom . Anyone who loves two wheels and wind in their face knows that he didn’t waste a minute of his life building and creating his bikes! Godspeed!
Wow... I must admit I am new at building and all. Not even a "real" bike I am building. But if I get half as cool as this guy when I get old I can die happy. This man have worked his howl life to prefect an art and style. and dear lord he have.

What’s the Jesse James one called??
@phill unrau what the hell is that, learn some grammar
You should see the movie "21 Days Under the sky", its a nice Chopper movie
Masterfully edited this is a great short story. Wish it was longer as well.
As soon as it ended I said out loud "Oh no, I need more of this". I wanted a full doc on this fella and his story too.
People need to be quiet and listen when men like Tom speak. This man represents true freedom. Good for you Mr. Fugle. I applaud thee.
