This isn’t even the main Italian squad and they’re playing so effortlessly together, like a real team. That’s why teams like Japan or Thailand are so good despite having shorter girls, they play like one, they’re in a system where everyone feels the same. Degradi was on fire, WOW. I hope she gets the chance to be an starter, the other OH would probably be Sylla, Pietrini o Bosetti. On Turkiye, Vargas was carrying the team, you can notice the absence of Eda, she brings them all together. Congratulations, Italy 🥳

All these "fans" saying Italy "not even playing with Egonu yet" ... Come on, Antropova has played a magnificent season with Scandicci! It's about time she deserves more recognition! I agree that Egonu might have a slight edge over Antropova at this moment, but the disparity is not big at all. Italy is truly blessed having 2 top class opposite hitters (most team would be happy with just 1)
So happy to see Degradi shining, after her exceptional season with Megavolley, she's definitely among the best outside hitters in Italy right now.

Menos, é um time eventualmente B. Faltam 3 jogadoras gabaritadas e experientes como Egonu, Pietrini e Orro. Porém ninguém está automaticamente garantido no time A. A Egonu vai ter que dividir com a Antropova, Sylla vai ter que mostrar-se mais em forma que a Degradi para superá-la, Orro também vai ter que jogar muito melhor que nos play-off do italiano, das centrais a Danesi parece garantida, as demais vão fazer rodízio, a Bonifacio (superlativa até agora) podendo tranquilamente alternar-se com a Lubian e a Fahr.
Por que vocês compraram essa briga ridícula com os turcos? Deixam eles atacarem, nós temos história no Vôlei. É coisa de gente sem inteligência emocional.

Chi dice che è passato poco tempo per vedere il lavoro di Velasco credo si sbagli , nei commenti non si parla più delle incertezze in ricezione e il numero delle veloci al centro di una singola partita con Velasco è superiore a quello n tutto un torneo quando c'era Mazzanti inoltre riusciamo a mantenere una grossa pressione in battuta senza commettere molti errori.e la qualità a muro è a livelli veramente molto alti. In questa partita si sono cominciate a vedere alcune varianti nelle alzate che erano mancate nelle partite precedenti. Migliore azione di gioco la darei alla finta di schiacciata di Cambi con alzata in 7 per AKrari con successiva schiacciata ,stupenda
Verissimo, grande crescita in poco tempo, la mano del Maestro Julio si inizia a vedere, sta emergendo una squadra fortissima, e mancano ancora i pezzi da novanta di Conegliano e Milano: Fahr, Lubian, De Gennaro, Egonu, Sylla, Orro, potrebbe davvero diventare la squadra più forte del mondo.

Scusate.. sono completamente d’accordo con voi sulla qualità di cui hanno dato prova le ragazze e della prestazione corale. Ma dire che è merito di Velasco… mi sembra poco reale. Se può essere vero che l’allenatore dia sicurezze e incoraggi positivamente le ragazze si, è sicuramente così, ma dire che ricezione e altri fondamentali sono migliorati grazie a lui, anche no, le vede da poco o nulla, e queste ragazze arrivano da un anno di sforzi con il proprio club.
@@AustralianTess per quanto riguarda la ricezione credo che non si parli tanto del miglioramento individuale che ovviamente non avviene in 20 giorni ma dal particolare focus post da Velasco su questo fondamentale. Peraltro cosa detta già alla sua primissima intervista dopo la nomina a CT. Intanto, rispetto alla fase finale dell'epoca Mazzanti ha richiamato Bosetti, che è la migliore banda italiana in questo fondamentale. Poi varie volte fa entrare Spirito per Degradi in seconda linea quando vuole rinforzare ricezione e difesa in alcune fasi di gioco. Questo sulla ricezione, per il resto è assolutamente chiaro che in campo ci va la squadra ma come dici anche tu il bravo allenatore è quello che riesce a creare la giusta mentalità di gruppo e determinazione. Quindi in questo sì, direi che i risultati si vedono già rispetto all'anno scorso

She was the second setter in WCH 2018, such a shame she hasn't played in the national team again until now, she deserved better.

Si Cambi molto aggressiva anche nel cercare il punto diretto . In quell'aspetto mi ricorda molto Malinov che speravo di vedere almeno tra le 4 convocate. Come ho scritto più su l'azione in cui Cambi fa la finta di schiacciare e poi alza una sette a Akrari è stata veramente una meraviglia

It’s Americans like myself, Thais, Italians, etc. It’s their refusal to accept that they only won because of the Cuban Vargas whom they paid to carry their team. It’s the lack of shame and lack of respect for their own athletes. 85 million people in Türkiye and they need to pay the Cuban to finally win something. It must be embarrassing to be a Turkish athlete knowing that your federation is actively looking to replace you with foreign athletes at all time. No respect for the local athletes at all. Türkiye does this with every single sport. They even pay Kenyans and Ethiopians to run for them, just look it up.
