  • This #pilates #reformer feet in straps workout consists of thirty minutes of variations of feet in straps on the reformer bed. The first half consists of both feet in straps and the second half is unilateral feet in straps.
    Get ready to tone and sculpt your legs, using big muscle groups as well as smaller and less often activated smaller muscles that contribute to an overall toned appearance of the legs.

    Loved this challenging lower body workout. Please make sure you lower the headrest during short spine.

    thanks I just stumbled upon you very good exercises and I agree your body is absolutely awesome. How do you get such a toned visible muscle? where is your accent from? Almost sounds czech, I am czech thats why I am asking:)

    Hi Priscilla! I love your videos! Do you mind if I ask what your diet is like, because I know fitness is largely dependent on diet and there are just so many different opinions out there…

      Hey C Nichols I don’t mind at all! I eat mostly intuitively, and that’s something I’ve only achieved with meditation and being conscious about how things I eat make me feel after. So for example, I know that fast food such as Mcdonalds or Dominos will make me feel bloated and horrible so I don’t crave it. I’ve made my little list of foods that satisfy my cravings and those are: Vegan ice cream, Salads with very tasty dressings, Sushi, Asian meals, nuts, fruits, smoothies, granola/chia meals. I’m not totally vegan so I also love myself a poached egg avocado full grain toast. I eat that almost everyday. Also fish, rice and veggies at night. But, again I cannot sleep if my stomach doesn’t feel right at night so I try eat 2-3 hours before. And I love Melba toasts crackers with cheese! There are so many healthy options/switches if you look for it. Oat milk, Greek yogurt for dressings, etc. Let me know if my answer inspires more questions:) This is my passion!
