Shunyamurti's reply (Part 9): It is important that we not be judgmental about any spiritual or religious paths. The conceptual inaccuracies that they may accept is not nearly as significant as the divine love that motivates individuals on such paths.
What a extraordinary expression. It's been about 6 years since Pure Awareness was recognized, That Which is looking out from every set of eyes. Still do not feel completely liberated, wish I could spend about 6 months with Shunyamurti at the ashram. Shunyamurti's Reply (Part 3): Once the ego illusion has dissolved, the more subtle illusion of the soul can also be apperceived as illusory as well. Because of the illusion of the soul, there is the appearance of space and time, world and God. Once the soul has been dissolved, all karma falls away with it, all suffering and limitation; and all that is in the orbit of Mind collapses into nonduality.

I also studied dreamwork at the Jung Institute, earned a doctorate in psychology, and formally studied Lacanian psychoanalysis. None of these studies, which occurred at the same time as my attendance at BK retreats, could be called "childish beliefs."
Shunyamurti's reply (Part 3): Fourth, although I did attend retreats at their ashram, I was not a "member" in any official sense. And what drew me to their ashram was not their beliefs, but the extraordinary energy field that was present there.
Shunyamurti's reply (Part 4): That energy field, which was the highest vibrational frequency I had ever experienced at the time (this was in 1979) had as its basis the purity of the dharma that they keep, and a secret portal to the transcendent dimension that is open there, that is unimaginable to anyone who has not had the privilege of entering that space.
That's weird, 1979. That's when I had an accidental Satori done by my ex, when days or wks. before I had an intention to "go to the highest" just to solve a personal problem. And I noticed something was different when I looked in the mirror and it wasn't the same day as the Satori. And then I felt like I could of went through the floor/earth. A real uneasy feeling mentally. But that's cool u bring up 1979. 😇🙏
Shunyamurti's reply (Part 6): On the professional plane, I gradually transitioned from law practice to journalism, and paid for my trips to India by working as a foreign correspondent for a newspaper that covered Indian news, and wrote feature stories on everything from Indian politics to gurus and sects, to kumbha melas, to Bollywood celebrities. My part-time work in journalism in the U.S. was gradually replaced by transpersonal clinical practice.
Shunyamurti's reply (Part 5): The time I spent with that group was sheer bliss, and filled with non-ordinary learning that had nothing to do with their beliefs or teachings. When it was time to say farewell to their ashram for the last time, after my tenth retreat there (in 1989), I did so without attachment and moved on to new spiritual horizons. During those ten years, I also was involved in many other activities.

Shunyamurti's reply (Part 11): By the way, the senior teachers I studied with-both men and women (a number of whom have now passed on)-were far from “pathetic” as you characterize them. In fact, they were highly empowered Brahmacharis with extraordinary Shakti, with great practical wisdom and virtue as well as yogic siddhis, and they were consummate tricksters as well.
This really is A good way of understanding oneself -- he knows his teachings ___love how he says we all came into this world for our past karma ect -- how parents and who we are and what we believe in -- all makes some sense --- of Reality __
This is where i think all the old teachings we still know of have been interpreted not quite right: six years ago i got a message and the message was this: the soul is a physical vehicle: it is our DNA and that's why it has karma, off course. And it can be harmed. And the tree of souls is our DNA and we use it to be able to download the eternal intelligence...the soul is the portal to life. And it is very difficult te get this message out, because so many teachers have been thought that the soul is not physical...but it is. It is not our body, but it is our DNA, our DNA is our victory: it enables the energy to inhabit the matter, so: DNA really and litarally matters. This is another try to get this very important message out and i hope somebody listenes...

Shunyamurti's Reply (Part 2): But this phenomenon is a product of prior misidentification with the body, an illusion within the soul that brings into apparent existence the ego. It is because of the ego illusion that the soul seems to be in the body. Once the ego construct has been dissolved, the soul is recognized as an impersonal bridge (and separator) between the noumenal realm and the phenomenal. It is important not to confuse the soul and the Self.
Shunyamurti's reply (Part 2): First, the official name of the group you mention, at least as I learned it, is the Brahma Kumars' and Kumaris' World Spiritual University. This means the sons and daughters of the Creator. It is only called Brahma Kumaris for short. Second, I did not have to "grow beyond" their beliefs, because I never adhered to their beliefs in the first place. Third, their beliefs are not as "childish" as you state, if you are aware of their advanced teachings.
***Speaking of the soul travelling through space, and reincarnating into a new body with its own identity, does this help explain why some normal loving good parents end up with rotten selfish egotistical offspring? Lastly, why would such good loving people be cursed, and why is bad Karma being placed upon them. Is this some kind of lesson like what was written in the book of Job***

Soul is the Jivatma, centrally related to the Primal Soul form of God, Parameshwara while Spirit is Atman, pure consciousness aka the Satchidananda form of God Siva, the core of which is ParaSiva, Absolute Reality (only can be experienced in Nirvikalpa Samadhi but Satchidananda can be experienced in Savikalpa Samadhi). when i wake up from surgery i am sobbing( i normally don't cry but maybe once a year or 2) and i think its bc i don't want to be back in my body...i could see the operating room but i wasn't awake yet bc i could hear the drs calling my name and saying i was hard to wake up and they had to buzz me to come back...i was a surgical tech for 7 years and i wonder how many patients experienced this ..

My Guru Shunyamurti; First I am happy to know more about you; If you mind I want to share my understanding in this issue by this analogy; the spirit is the white page..no "space..no direction or form" the ego and body are the man we sketch on the white page.. the soul is the white space inside the sketch ! it's impossible to conceptualize the unconceptual ..there are no use for much details some common sense .. and then move :)
Ramana says the the Soul and ego are the same. This doesn’t reconcile with my experience…. Seems to me that the ego is the soul filtered through the body mind identity. So in a sense it is true, but more half true. Any insight oils he appreciated ❤
People make concept of everything, until they discover all is concepts, the absolute true is impossible to grab unless one experiment it, cause what is true today, when we get more clarity the concept seems fall apart. The carma is memory, so if we soft the memory it lose its hold on you. Carma is tendency to repeat the memory over and over, till we make choice. The only thing is true in all universe without shadow of doubt is choice.

I am on a Spiritual journey and struggling with the intangible nature of the subject. How does one acquire knowledge and information of a realm that is not of this dimension and imperceptible to one’s senses? Shunyamurti's response: You yourSelf are intangible. You are not of this dimension. You are completely imperceptible to your senses. It is only a false identification with the objects of perception that create the illusion of a need to struggle. Regarding your second question: I was never born. Neither were you. And everyone's education is simply a means to enforce their repression of this understanding. Fortunately, I got a bad education, so I did not completely forget.

Many Spiritual teachers profess to have mystical experiences and some claim to communicate with and have been visited by Spiritual Beings. I would like to experience my own Divine moment. Awarreness Shunyamurti's Reply: Yes, I can provide guidance, but you will have to come and receive the guidance in person, and be willing to stay long enough to go deeply into the psyche, with all that entails, and to surrender fully to the process of transformation that will open your consciousness to the Divine. If instead you wish to do this on your own, then do not demand that it occur without making deep effort and being willing to sacrifice everything for it. Through intense prayer, meditation, spiritual study, and fasting, you may receive the grace of a vision of God or some other divine gift. But it may be that because of some pathology in the ego structure, that you may need help in dissolving the resistance of the unconscious shadow, antagonistic ego fragments, and the inner censor, which may require processes of dreamwork and free associative inquiry that will be more successful with the help of a trained analytic psychologist. So you can do this in many different ways, but there is no shortcut. God will put you to the test of your sincerity. All blessings to you.
satyogainstitute WOW! Now that’s a reply! Thank You. I have chosen to solicit your guidance because of your gift for communication and your apparent knowledge of the subject. My Spiritual studies have led me to believe that Enlightenment is obtained in the following ways: 1) One is born with the gift. 2) One has experienced extreme physical and/or emotional suffering. 3) One has had a near death experience. and 4) Enlightenment is bestowed on one by the Grace of God without the individual necessarily seeking this awareness. I know there are many that desire Enlightenment and are seeking the experience (myself included), but I’m starting to believe that Enlightenment cannot be pursued. It’s like trying to catch a pigeon in a courtyard. If one approaches a pigeon the pigeon slowly walks away. If one chases the pigeon the pigeon flies away. If one sits quietly pigeons frequently gather at one’s feet. If one sits quietly and has popcorn, the pigeon will frequently land in one’s lap. I guess what I am looking for is the Spiritual Popcorn. Life is what it is, no more and no less. We are all a creation of God. We do what we do because that is what God designed us to do. IT’S ALL BY DESIGN! Peace
This guy is out to lunch about some things. He talks about stuff he reads from books. I speak from experience. He is close to truth though. Now let's get to work on teaching you. The Soul is the Electric Energy of the Blood of the Animal Body. It is a Physical Body oYour presencef Electricity. The Soul DOES NOT TRAVEL by itself. The Soul becomes the Body of the Consciousness that is You coming from the Source (Creator). The Soul is born to be Part of the Biological Animal Body. The Soul is the physical connection mechanism of the Blood that the Consciousness that is "You" connects to you to this world. When the Blood dies -- the Soul which has been grown into a Spirit -- leaves the Biological Body. The Soul is NOT eternal by itself. What makes it Eternal is the Consciousness (You). It DOES NOT RETURN TO ANYONE! It becomes the Spirit Body that the Consciousness that is You -- The Soul is the Seed (Atomic Body) of the Electric World that the Consciousness uses to build the Spirit Person that you become once you come into the Biological Body. The Spirit becomes is a "Spiritual Being" that is the Creation of the Consciousness. It houses the Physical Consciousness that is you. Once the Spirit is Created by you -- it lives forever as long as You need to live. You can leave your Spiritual Body when you Job is done if you therefore want -- or if the Creator "Requires" you to do another job. The Consciousness that is You is also Eternal. There is no end to the Consciousness that is you. Where you are in this World are controlled by the Rules of Physics that we live by when we come here -- but, when the physical body dies -- the Spirit leaves the body and goes into the Spirit World which is in other Dimensions and that is HOW we travel to other dimensions. The Spirit Body can be killed -- but, not by other Spirit Beings. It can ONLY be killed off by the Creator or by You and when that happens -- the Consciousness that you are -- Returns to the Source (Creator) to be reissued for another use or job. The Consciousness which is you -- is a tiny raindrop of the Creator (Source) which is Eternal. Life is Eternal. The silver rope is correct but, can be disconnected at anytime or when the body dies and the Spiritual Being you have become -- leaves. You can experiment with "Medical Death Method of Stopping the Heart" and see that what I have told you -- is correct. You can block the Main Coronary Artery until you feel the pain to the point of passing out -- at which time you will experience death and the Separation of the Spirit from the Biological Body. The Blood can be Restarted and the Heart Beat Restarted and in the 40 minutes that you have been slowed to a stop -- and come back to full life and know the experience of Physical Death and the Eternal Spiritual Body you are. He is correct about the names. You know none of this in the Spiritual World or God World. You don't want to become one with the Creator (God). You can do that upon physical death -- but, why? You have a job to do going forward into other dimensions. That's how other Worlds and Universes are Created by the Creator. We are Worker Bees. That's our whole purpose. We are to create other Worlds and Universes and go to Other Dimensions to do this. We are using the most Advanced Technology given to us by the Creator. The "Evil" of this world that we know -- is done to create the Environment of Learning how to go forth and do Our tasks. The Ego he is talking about is You -- as Consciousness. In this he is correct. The Soul is the vehicle for Spirit building as he says. For traveling in Space and OTHER Dimensions -- your Spiritual Body is the Advanced Technological Mechanism that you become in order to Travel to the Stars/Dimensions/etc. We ALL do the same -- for the same reason and that reason is to build the virtual worlds that is the Alternate Ego of the Creator. Yes -- he is correct. There is a process of Re-incarnation. If you screw up in this life -- you can come back and perfect yourself so you can go eventually go forward to do your tasks (jobs).

Id be interested in learning how to help the energies leave the body if thats something anyone has any info on ...i was a pall bearer commander rendering funeral services and it was very intense but it was a service i was glad to perform to help honor the death...but i know there's a better way than shooting guns to honor a persons life and would like to learn...much Love to all❤❤❤

Good day brother, I hope this day finds you well. I know that this is an older video but I would still like to ask a question in the hopes that you will see it. Studying Ken Wheeler on the topic of physics equal to Metaphysics I'd like to bring forth an analogy to see which do you think is soul and spirit. Just learning.. From Plato's divided line, it's what I am familiar with to start my questions. From the trinity of the start of all things manifest, we get the 0 1 1 (ie the golden ratio series start). Where the 0 would be the "god head" or aether. The 1 and 1 would be the two ruling powers, 1st one the greater soul and the second one the lesser soul. ie subconscious and conscious. If we use the term spirit and soul are you saying spirit is the 0 or god head and the soul which is an image of the "god head", are they not somewhat the same? Again just learning. The terms 'soul' and 'spirit' can be used interchangeably, since they both describe abstract concepts of a similar nature. A human soul/spirit can be claimed but not proven to exist... So often the practical functions and physical elements of central nervous systems are bestowed with supernatural properties. While that practice may facilitate a journey, all paths lead to the same place.

The nuanced differences between soul and Spirit is part of a theological conversation that has gone on for centuries, and to the beings who have dedicated their lives to mapping the spiritual journey for the benefit of others-not to mention those who have followed their maps-it has had great significance. You are right to claim that neither the soul/Spirit can be proven to exist, but, then again, what can? And what does that mean to you? By “existence” do you mean what appears or what is? Many would say that it is self-evident that the soul and the Spirit are, though they can’t be examined under a microscope. But, again, do things which can be examined under a microscope exist? Can they be “proven” to “exist” because we can see them? By that token, we can’t even say that subatomic particles “exist” (the electron being the example par excellence) because in order to “see” them we require digital interfaces to observe them! Those who have spent their time digging it all up and exploring the inner faces of the un-circumferencable hyperdimensional sphere, quaintly referred to as “God,” have found the conceptual mappings of non-corporeal realities that the great saints and sages have diligently researched to be very practical in their journey-at least in giving them a system to help consciousness be more central, and the mind to be less nervous. All paths ultimately lead to the same place, but being familiar with the territory will help you determine the right pace.

Spirit maybe like emotion and feelings. Sometimes energy. sometimes liquor. The saying; "Break his spirit" sounds like breaking the mental and emotional state...……..mentally and emotionally distressed. So...spirit. The soul is the sacred part of you. when the body died, the soul separate from the body. But it's not clearly explained.

Marko Radulovic I know what you mean. No one is going to be able to prove or give you the evidence. I would not even consider his testimony as proof. The only way you will get your proof and evidence is when you experience it for yourself. Your own experience will be the affirmation of your proof. I am at this time seeking that experience myself.

There is no difference between spirit and soul. The spirit is who we are. The ego is the “ devil”’that veils the soul from itself through false identification with the body and mind. The ego is that which see’s duality, seer and seen, me and the world etc. Both are projections of the mind just like how things get projected on a screen. The viewer remains unperturbed, at first by realising their transitory nature. Subsequently, there is no viewer/ seer or the seen. There is but One. Reckon we have to start with seeking the seeker, by looking within and focus on that which perceives instead of the objects of perception. The mind becomes quiescent and the “self “ shines. This is what Jesus meant when he said that if thine is eye is 1, then thy body would be full of light. All these is fm the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharishi as best as I have understood.🙏🏽

How does anyone know that there is a soul ? Or a spirit ? How does anyone know that your soul travels to the god/universe and then back in to another body (re-incarnate) at some other point ?
Mathew Stovell what he is talking about will make more sense if you study gnostism.... It's nothing new.. True but its not original with him. Unless you have made an effort to study what he is talking about, your question although perfectly logical.. It's of one waiting to be spoon fed waiting for someone else to prove what they would like to know. No one owes anyone else an explanation of life... You find that out your self.... Look into gnostic texts they go deeper. But he is right...
For me it does become complicated when you consider the theory about Pleroma, Sofia, Demiurges, Enki, Enlil, JHWH, Satan, etc., etc. In that case could I consider Sofia as the holy Spirit and Pleroma as God?

Gods are spiritual beings with pure spirit , they don't need souls because they dwell in the spirit world (different frequency, density or level). Gods have the ability of going in and out of spirit realm and physical realms (many levels).
Shunyamurti's Reply (Part 1): Your question is not precisely answerable. A more relevant question would be, "Where in the soul is the body located?" The soul is not actually localizable, since it does not exist in the physical dimension. But its point of operational contact with the body is the pineal gland, through which the brain is functionalized. Those experiencing a near-death experience report "popping out" of the top of the skull at the moment of flat-lining, or brain death.

To me I'm hearing it's like 3 layers one is physical and the other 2 are invisible to physical eyes But I think visible to other senses like the ability to think and feel they are in physical body but not visible blue we are aware of feeling and thoughts and who knows what else?
Is it possible for the soul to leave before the body is all rhe way gone? I was with my aunt on her "deathbed" and i felt like she was already gone 5 minutes before her heart stopped...
The soul is evident from the fact that you are conscious, because consciousness is from the soul. The body is your outer self (visible, material, non-thinking, non-feeling, unconscious), whereas the soul (or 'mind,' so long as you don't limit that word to the ego) is your inner self (invisible, immaterial, thinking, feeling, conscious).
Hello, I am hoping you can help me with this puzzle. So what if an individual puts to rest the body and becomes the son, what if they go to the waiting place (death or disconnection from the body) and sees the world with there third eye, or souls eye, after that the individual spirit seems forgotten. Now seeing both spiritual as well as physical. Cannot seperate or control. Coming back from the waiting place (dark shadow of earth) a white lumin face is with the soul as the individual returns to the body.. Only capable of returning to the body because of strong anger before individual was not able to be connected to the body. Please help me with this issue. What is your opinion.
"'You' become one with God", "'you' ascend...". Who is this "you" to whom this man refers to? There's a "soul" and an "ego", then who is "you"? Then what Is Spirit? How can a man "see" or in other words, "experience" Spirit? Everything here said can be found in books, it is just the repetition of the current "dogma" or "doctrine" of modern creeds called religions. But still remains the question of experience. A man can memorize all these things said here but what is the experience to which all mankind can relate to when it comes to Spirit? If Spirit is in the Kingdom of Heaven, what is this kingdom? How does a man "experience" this kingdom where Spirit abides? Do not settle for repetition of scriptures and doctrines given by men, go deeper, look for the "Son of Man" and one will find Him, go beyond do not stop at "man made doctrine" ("doctrine: a "belief" ["belief: an acceptance that something exists or is true, SPECIALY one WITHOUT PROOF."] or set of beliefs held and taught by a Church, political party, or other group.") but to the True Doctrine (not a "belief" but a KNOWING of the Truth or Gnosis. As a man believes in the ocean once he has read about it. He can read about its properties, color, texture, even its smell but he does NOT KNOW IT until he jumps into an ocean wave or dives in it. That is the True Doctrine, that is Gnosis) Look for That Doctrine, not the one in the books that anyman can study and repeat because that is NOT "knowing" something but only hearsays.
How can a soul have consciousness? We know that consciousness is caused by electrochemical processes in the brain, so how can an energy have consciousness?
Dear Kieran, You are not correct. In fact, the evidence to the contrary has grown so much in recent years due to advances in science that a tipping point is being reached. Many neuroscientists and philosophers of science have already concluded that consciousness is not created by the brain. But consciousness uses the brain. The evidence is far too massive to summarize in a CZcams comment, because it comes from many disciplines, including biology, medical science, quantum physics, and nonlinear systems theory. It is proven from the advances in understanding neuroplasticity, for example, that consciousness is able to repair its brain. It is proven in psychology that consciousness operates beyond the brain and outside the brain, and is able to independently affect events in remote places. It is also proven that consciousness survives the death of the brain, as many documented cases of clinically brain-dead patients are now able to be revived after death, and they have reported accurately events occurring both in local space and more distant areas that occurred during the period of death. One could go on a long time listing further kinds of evidence, both theoretical and empirical. Sat Yoga Institute do you believe evolution? Because if so, at what point did sould come and take over bodies? Whas it when brains evolved? If so, at what point in the evolution of the brain? Do plants, fungi and bacteria have brains, or just animals? If not, then what about plantimals, which are plant-animals which can't be classified as one or the other? Sorry if I sound like I'm ranting, these are just questions which I haven't been able to find the answer to. Edit: and yes, plantimals did exist millions of years ago early in evolution.
Shunyamurti's reply (Part 9): It is important that we not be judgmental about any spiritual or religious paths. The conceptual inaccuracies that they may accept is not nearly as significant as the divine love that motivates individuals on such paths.
What a extraordinary expression. It's been about 6 years since Pure Awareness was recognized, That Which is looking out from every set of eyes. Still do not feel completely liberated, wish I could spend about 6 months with Shunyamurti at the ashram. Shunyamurti's Reply (Part 3): Once the ego illusion has dissolved, the more subtle illusion of the soul can also be apperceived as illusory as well. Because of the illusion of the soul, there is the appearance of space and time, world and God. Once the soul has been dissolved, all karma falls away with it, all suffering and limitation; and all that is in the orbit of Mind collapses into nonduality.

Shunyamurti's reply (Part 4): That energy field, which was the highest vibrational frequency I had ever experienced at the time (this was in 1979) had as its basis the purity of the dharma that they keep, and a secret portal to the transcendent dimension that is open there, that is unimaginable to anyone who has not had the privilege of entering that space.
That's weird, 1979. That's when I had an accidental Satori done by my ex, when days or wks. before I had an intention to "go to the highest" just to solve a personal problem. And I noticed something was different when I looked in the mirror

My part-time work in journalism in the U.S. was gradually replaced by transpersonal clinical practice.

When it was time to say farewell to their ashram for the last time, after my tenth retreat there (in 1989), I did so without attachment and moved on to new spiritual horizons. During those ten years, I also was involved in many other activities.
Shunyamurti's Reply (Part 4): Form is Emptiness, Emptiness is Form, as the Buddha intones. In Cartesian terms, both res extensa and res cogitans disintegrate into the Void. It is recognized timelessly that the universe never was; that there is only the eternal formless Self, one without a second. You are That.

This is where i think all the old teachings we still know of have been interpreted not quite right: six years ago i got a message and the message was this: the soul is a physical vehicle: it is our DNA and that's why it has karma, off course.
And it can be harmed.
And the tree of souls is our DNA and we use it to be able to download the eternal intelligence...the soul is the portal to life.
And it is very difficult te get this message out, because so many teachers have been thought that the soul is not physical...but it is.
It is not our body, but it is our DNA, our DNA is our victory: it enables the energy to inhabit the matter, so: DNA really and litarally matters.
This is another try to get this very important message out and i hope somebody listenes...

Shunyamurti's Reply (Part 2): But this phenomenon is a product of prior misidentification with the body, an illusion within the soul that brings into apparent existence the ego. It is because of the ego illusion that the soul seems to be in the body. Once the ego construct has been dissolved, the soul is recognized as an impersonal bridge (and separator) between the noumenal realm and the phenomenal. It is important not to confuse the soul and the Self.
Shunyamurti's reply (Part 2): First, the official name of the group you mention, at least as I learned it, is the Brahma Kumars' and Kumaris' World Spiritual University. This means the sons and daughters of the Creator. It is only called Brahma Kumaris for short. Second, I did not have to "grow beyond" their beliefs, because I never adhered to their beliefs in the first place. Third, their beliefs are not as "childish" as you state, if you are aware of their advanced teachings.

***Speaking of the soul travelling through space, and reincarnating into a new body with its own identity, does this help explain why some normal loving good parents end up with rotten selfish egotistical offspring? Soul is the Jivatma, centrally related to the Primal Soul form of God, Parameshwara while Spirit is Atman, pure consciousness aka the Satchidananda form of God Siva, the core of which is ParaSiva, Absolute Reality (only can be experienced in Nirvikalpa Samadhi but Satchidananda can be experienced in Savikalpa Samadhi).
Ego-->Self-->Soul-->Spirit.
If Soul is like the main switch on button for the TV or operating system of the computer, then Spirit is the like the electrical source needed for optimum function of the TV/computer.

Why people just can't explain like you do... simple and very clear answer,but is it true?
when i wake up from surgery i am sobbing( i normally don't cry but maybe once a year or 2) and i think its bc i don't want to be back in my body...i could see the operating room but i wasn't awake yet bc i could hear the drs calling my name and saying i was hard to wake up and they had to buzz me to come back...i was a surgical tech for 7 years and i wonder how many patients experienced this ..

the ego and body are the man we sketch on the white page..

Ramana says the the Soul and ego are the same. This doesn’t reconcile with my experience…. Seems to me that the ego is the soul filtered through the body mind identity. So in a sense it is true, but more half true. Any insight oils he appreciated ❤
People make concept of everything, until they discover all is concepts, the absolute true is impossible to grab unless one experiment it, cause what is true today, when we get more clarity the concept seems fall apart. The carma is memory, so if we soft the memory it lose its hold on you. Carma is tendency to repeat the memory over and over, till we make choice. The only thing is true in all universe without shadow of doubt is choice.

I am on a Spiritual journey and struggling with the intangible nature of the subject. How does one acquire knowledge and information of a realm that is not of this dimension and imperceptible to one’s senses? Were you born with your Spiritual knowledge and understanding or is it something you acquired?

Shunyamurti's response: You yourSelf are intangible. You are not of this dimension. You are completely imperceptible to your senses. It is only a false identification with the objects of perception that create the illusion of a need to struggle. Regarding your second question: I was never born. Neither were you. And everyone's education is simply a means to enforce their repression of this understanding. Fortunately, I got a bad education, so I did not completely forget.

Many Spiritual teachers profess to have mystical experiences and some claim to communicate with and have been visited by Spiritual Beings. I would like to experience my own Divine moment. Shunyamurti's Reply: Yes, I can provide guidance, but you will have to come and receive the guidance in person, and be willing to stay long enough to go deeply into the psyche, with all that entails, and to surrender fully to the process of transformation that will open your consciousness to the Divine. If instead you wish to do this on your own, then do not demand that it occur without making deep effort and being willing to sacrifice everything for it. Through intense prayer, meditation, spiritual study, and fasting, you may receive the grace of a vision of God or some other divine gift. But it may be that because of some pathology in the ego structure, that you may need help in dissolving the resistance of the unconscious shadow, antagonistic ego fragments, and the inner censor, which may require processes of dreamwork and free associative inquiry that will be more successful with the help of a trained analytic psychologist. So you can do this in many different ways, but there is no shortcut. God will put you to the test of your sincerity. All blessings to you.
satyogainstitute WOW! Now that’s a reply! Thank You. I have chosen to solicit your guidance because of your gift for communication and your apparent knowledge of the subject. My Spiritual studies have led me to believe that Enlightenment is obtained in the following ways: 1) One is born with the gift. 2) One has experienced extreme physical and/or emotional suffering. 3) One has had a near death experience. and 4) Enlightenment is bestowed on one by the Grace of God without the individual necessarily seeking this awareness. I know there are many that desire Enlightenment and are seeking the experience (myself included), but I’m starting to believe that Enlightenment cannot be pursued. It’s like trying to catch a pigeon in a courtyard. If one approaches a pigeon the pigeon slowly walks away. If one chases the pigeon the pigeon flies away. If one sits quietly pigeons frequently gather at one’s feet. If one sits quietly and has popcorn, the pigeon will frequently land in one’s lap. I guess what I am looking for is the Spiritual Popcorn.
Life is what it is, no more and no less. We are all a creation of God. We do what we do because that is what God designed us to do. IT’S ALL BY DESIGN!

This guy is out to lunch about some things. He talks about stuff he reads from books. I speak from experience. He is close to truth though. Now let's get to work on teaching you. The Soul is the Electric Energy of the Blood of the Animal Body. It is a Physical Body oYour presencef Electricity. The Soul DOES NOT TRAVEL by itself. The Soul becomes the Body of the Consciousness that is You coming from the Source (Creator). The Soul is born to be Part of the Biological Animal Body. The Soul is the physical connection mechanism of the Blood that the Consciousness that is "You" connects to you to this world. When the Blood dies -- the Soul which has been grown into a Spirit -- leaves the Biological Body. The Soul is NOT eternal by itself. What makes it Eternal is the Consciousness (You). It DOES NOT RETURN TO ANYONE! It becomes the Spirit Body that the Consciousness that is You -- The Soul is the Seed (Atomic Body) of the Electric World that the Consciousness uses to build the Spirit Person that you become once you come into the Biological Body. The Spirit becomes is a "Spiritual Being" that is the Creation of the Consciousness. It houses the Physical Consciousness that is you. Once the Spirit is Created by you -- it lives forever as long as You need to live. You can leave your Spiritual Body when you Job is done if you therefore want -- or if the Creator "Requires" you to do another job. The Consciousness that is You is also Eternal. There is no end to the Consciousness that is you. Where you are in this World are controlled by the Rules of Physics that we live by when we come here -- but, when the physical body dies -- the Spirit leaves the body and goes into the Spirit World which is in other Dimensions and that is HOW we travel to other dimensions. The Spirit Body can be killed -- but, not by other Spirit Beings. It can ONLY be killed off by the Creator or by You and when that happens -- the Consciousness that you are -- Returns to the Source (Creator) to be reissued for another use or job. The Consciousness which is you -- is a tiny raindrop of the Creator (Source) which is Eternal. Life is Eternal. The silver rope is correct but, can be disconnected at anytime or when the body dies and the Spiritual Being you have become -- leaves. You can experiment with "Medical Death Method of Stopping the Heart" and see that what I have told you -- is correct. You can block the Main Coronary Artery until you feel the pain to the point of passing out -- at which time you will experience death and the Separation of the Spirit from the Biological Body. The Blood can be Restarted and the Heart Beat Restarted and in the 40 minutes that you have been slowed to a stop -- and come back to full life and know the experience of Physical Death and the Eternal Spiritual Body you are. He is correct about the names. You know none of this in the Spiritual World or God World. You don't want to become one with the Creator (God). You can do that upon physical death -- but, why? You have a job to do going forward into other dimensions. That's how other Worlds and Universes are Created by the Creator. We are Worker Bees. That's our whole purpose. We are to create other Worlds and Universes and go to Other Dimensions to do this. We are using the most Advanced Technology given to us by the Creator. The "Evil" of this world that we know -- is done to create the Environment of Learning how to go forth and do Our tasks. The Ego he is talking about is You -- as Consciousness. In this he is correct. The Soul is the vehicle for Spirit building as he says. For traveling in Space and OTHER Dimensions -- your Spiritual Body is the Advanced Technological Mechanism that you become in order to Travel to the Stars/Dimensions/etc. We ALL do the same -- for the same reason and that reason is to build the virtual worlds that is the Alternate Ego of the Creator. Yes -- he is correct. There is a process of Re-incarnation. If you screw up in this life -- you can come back and perfect yourself so you can go eventually go forward to do your tasks (jobs).

Good day brother, I hope this day finds you well. I know that this is an older video but I would still like to ask a question in the hopes that you will see it. Studying Ken Wheeler on the topic of physics equal to Metaphysics I'd like to bring forth an analogy to see which do you think is soul and spirit. Just learning.. From Plato's divided line, it's what I am familiar with to start my questions. From the trinity of the start of all things manifest, we get the 0 1 1 (ie the golden ratio series start). Where the 0 would be the "god head" or aether. The 1 and 1 would be the two ruling powers, 1st one the greater soul and the second one the lesser soul. ie subconscious and conscious. If we use the term spirit and soul are you saying spirit is the 0 or god head and the soul which is an image of the "god head", are they not somewhat the same? Again just learning. The saying; "Break his spirit" sounds like breaking the mental and emotional state...……..mentally and emotionally distressed. So...spirit. Marko Radulovic I know what you mean. No one is going to be able to prove or give you the evidence. I would not even consider his testimony as proof. The only way you will get your proof and evidence is when you experience it for yourself. Your own experience will be the affirmation of your proof. I am at this time seeking that experience myself.

There is no difference between spirit and soul. The spirit is who we are. The ego is the “ devil”’that veils the soul from itself through false identification with the body and mind. The ego is that which see’s duality, seer and seen, me and the world etc. Both are projections of the mind just like how things get projected on a screen. The viewer remains unperturbed, at first by realising their transitory nature. Subsequently, there is no viewer/ seer or the seen. There is but One.
Reckon we have to start with seeking the seeker, by looking within and focus on that which perceives instead of the objects of perception. The mind becomes quiescent and the “self “ shines. This is what Jesus meant when he said that if thine is eye is 1, then thy body would be full of light.

For me it does become complicated when you consider the theory about Pleroma, Sofia, Demiurges, Enki, Enlil, JHWH, Satan, etc., etc. In that case could I consider Sofia as the holy Spirit and Pleroma as God?
Human body is pure spirit in a soul. Soul was forced into a body for god's need and entertainment here in the physical world. Gods are spiritual beings with pure spirit , they don't need souls because they dwell in the spirit world (different frequency, density or level). Gods have the ability of going in and out of spirit realm and physical realms (many levels).

Shunyamurti's Reply (Part 1): Your question is not precisely answerable. A more relevant question would be, "Where in the soul is the body located?" The soul is not actually localizable, since it does not exist in the physical dimension. But its point of operational contact with the body is the pineal gland, through which the brain is functionalized. Those experiencing a near-death experience report "popping out" of the top of the skull at the moment of flat-lining, or brain death.
How is soul and spirit related to higher self and I AM presence. Are they the same?

To me I'm hearing it's like 3 layers one is physical and the other 2 are invisible to physical eyes
But I think visible to other senses like the ability to think and feel they are in physical body but not visible blue we are aware of feeling and thoughts and who knows what else?
Is it possible for the soul to leave before the body is all rhe way gone? I was with my aunt on her "deathbed" and i felt like she was already gone 5 minutes before her heart stopped...
Soul is karma which is cause and effect and isn't dissolved until passing by the last door. It is the spiritual ego which believes it is God.

I am hoping you can help me with this puzzle. So what if an individual puts to rest the body and becomes the son, what if they go to the waiting place (death or disconnection from the body) and sees the world with there third eye, or souls eye, after that the individual spirit seems forgotten. Now seeing both spiritual as well as physical. Cannot seperate or control. Coming back from the waiting place (dark shadow of earth) a white lumin face is with the soul as the individual returns to the body.. Only capable of returning to the body because of strong anger before individual was not able to be connected to the body.
Please help me with this issue. What is your opinion.

"'You' become one with God", "'you' ascend...". Who is this "you" to whom this man refers to? There's a "soul" and an "ego", then who is "you"? Then what Is Spirit? How can a man "see" or in other words, "experience" Spirit? Everything here said can be found in books, it is just the repetition of the current "dogma" or "doctrine" of modern creeds called religions. But still remains the question of experience. A man can memorize all these things said here but what is the experience to which all mankind can relate to when it comes to Spirit? If Spirit is in the Kingdom of Heaven, what is this kingdom? How does a man "experience" this kingdom where Spirit abides? Do not settle for repetition of scriptures and doctrines given by men, go deeper, look for the "Son of Man" and one will find Him, go beyond do not stop at "man made doctrine" ("doctrine: a "belief" ["belief: an acceptance that something exists or is true, SPECIALY one WITHOUT PROOF."] or set of beliefs held and taught by a Church, political party, or other group.") but to the True Doctrine (not a "belief" but a KNOWING of the Truth or Gnosis. As a man believes in the ocean once he has read about it. He can read about its properties, color, texture, even its smell but he does NOT KNOW IT until he jumps into an ocean wave or dives in it. That is the True Doctrine, that is Gnosis) Look for That Doctrine, not the one in the books that anyman can study and repeat because that is NOT "knowing" something but only hearsays.
How can a soul have consciousness? We know that consciousness is caused by electrochemical processes in the brain, so how can an energy have consciousness?
Dear Kieran, You are not correct. In fact, the evidence to the contrary has grown so much in recent years due to advances in science that a tipping point is being reached. Many neuroscientists and philosophers of science have already concluded that consciousness is not created by the brain. But consciousness uses the brain. The evidence is far too massive to summarize in a CZcams comment, because it comes from many disciplines, including biology, medical science, quantum physics, and nonlinear systems theory. It is proven from the advances in understanding neuroplasticity, for example, that consciousness is able to repair its brain. It is proven in psychology that consciousness operates beyond the brain and outside the brain, and is able to independently affect events in remote places. It is also proven that consciousness survives the death of the brain, as many documented cases of clinically brain-dead patients are now able to be revived after death, and they have reported accurately events occurring both in local space and more distant areas that occurred during the period of death. One could go on a long time listing further kinds of evidence, both theoretical and empirical. I hope your mind is open to doing your own research, because you will then make an important paradigm shift that will enable the expansion of your own consciousness.

Sat Yoga Institute do you believe evolution? Because if so, at what point did sould come and take over bodies? Whas it when brains evolved? If so, at what point in the evolution of the brain? Do plants, fungi and bacteria have brains, or just animals? If not, then what about plantimals, which are plant-animals which can't be classified as one or the other? Sorry if I sound like I'm ranting, these are just questions which I haven't been able to find the answer to.
Edit: and yes, plantimals did exist millions of years ago early in evolution.
Also, even if conciousness isn't caused by the brain, you can't just assert that it is caused by a soul. You have to prove that it is a soul.
