This is actually a good guide for all the new shawols
I'm new! Well, ish, Ive stanned them for a while but I never knew much about them
It is, it really is, however for new shawols also like myself, it would have been nice for an explanation as to why there were only foir members coming down to the end of the vidoe..however I know,,,,and I also know it's difficult for showols or anyone who loved Shinee to talk about or mention...but it's just as observation..other than that, it was a great video

I've had people ask me why I've liked Shinee for so long. From now on I'll have them watch this video. Shinee was the group that got me to love kpop. I've followed them since 2008. Jonghyun was always my bias. He still is. Shinee is the most talented of all the groups I think. Shinee forever.

irolledunderashutter 1127 i completely understand cuz I’ve only been a shawol for a little over a year now and for the first few months I felt bad for being so late but then I realised “hey better late than never” also shawols taught me that it doesn’t matter when you started stanning shinee what matters is that you love all 5 of the boys and want them all to be happy!!!

This is an awesome introduction to SHINee and their personal insights of them individually. SHINee are the first group who got me into Kpop in 2021. Their music is so refreshing upbeat and fun. I feel very sad Jonghyun no longer here but his songs are our memories of him. They are idols an icon to many KPop group and people around the world. Shinee is the best group SM created.. their so underrated when they debut.. with lack of advertising and promotion they work really hard to be on this position right now.. they need to give candies before to gather audience and to let the people know who they are.. fans or the shinee world love them because they gave trust to them they never treated us others and talk to us like we are their friends and family the only group that was not afraid of their fans and do sometimes talk nor walk to them.. shinee evolve same as shinee world from not part of their song now shinee world can do same like a background on their song as they say shinee world is nothing without shinee and shinee Gave the name of shawol to their fans not their company.. I’m proud to be their fan since 2008 .. 😇😇 five talented human being can dance act sing and write a song .. equally ot5 and mostly they hate lip sync they eat their own cd🤣🤣 .. love them with all my heart “my page” made me cry the only song shinee made that made me cry a river ...

I'm so glad this got recommended to me on none other than their 12th anniversary. No matter how many other boy groups I fall in love with, Shinee always makes me smile the most. I don't think there will ever be another boy group that will ever replace their #1 spot in my heart.

This is really good! The only thing is that the transitions are really fast so it felt like I was watching Key and then it suddenly changed to Minho without me noticing. It would be great if you could put more clips about Jonghyun's vocals (but i'm only saying this because i'm a blinger for life XD)

I got into SHINee through Soyeon's collab with Key on 'I Wanna Be', seeing as I am a Neverland. I've known about SHINee but never really checked out their music until around last year (have to admit though, I religiously listened to Taemin's solo music before that). I was a bit sad that I got into them so late, but it's better late than never, I guess. Their music, their individual personalities, their chaotic energy together... everything about them is just brilliant and pure. Thanks for the upload, that's actually one of my favourite guides on (any) group that I've seen on CZcams so far. Bless you shawols, y'all are wholesome.

This is a great guide! I wouldn't say I'm a Shawol, but I do really love them. I've just now started to pay closer attention to them, though I knew most of them already for various reasons because of their closeness with SuJu. The only thing I would change about your guide, besides the obvious editing errors, which you noticed, is I would have included why Jonghyun isn't around anymore. I know it's hard to talk about, but in a guide, I feel that information is necessary. We can still celebrate his life, and acknowledge his passing at the same time.

i was wondering why minho looked so similar, that’s because he acts in hwrang, im a fan of hwrang.
That was the first place I saw him aswell and he immediately caught my attention and then I found out he was in Shinee
i missed out of a LOT, i wish i could have found out about them sooner, they are really amazing.

I think it's generally a good guide but felt like you did Key dirty. Like he was introduced more for variety than performance. I get that he's funny, but I would've liked it better if you included a clip of alive, or like a fire, or wanted, or romantic, or any of his musicals etc. You get the idea

Hello there! What's the song that Jonghyun is singing at 6:06? I'm (unfortunately) late to Shinee. I first heard of them when Lucifer had just come out and it was the first kpop song I ever heard. I loved it a lot! However, I didn't start really start getting into them (and kpop, in general) until now, unfortunately. =(

The song is called Rainy Blue, the vid is a cover Onew did of the song and was the first time he showcased his voice after major throat surgery. There was a high risk that he wouldn't be able to properly sing ever again. He wasn't allowed to talk for 3 months after the surgery because he had to rest his voice.
He chose to sing Rainy Blue because the original singer got the same surgery

Most English people pronounce it “Oh-new” but if I remember correctly, according to the Hangul, it’s “On-you” ^_^’

I’m sorry you feel that way I tried to give each member around 5 minutes each I made this guide in a rush and it was getting quite long so I didn’t have time to add more things. I’m not a Minho anti Minho was actually the first member that attracted me to shinee and he was my first bias in the group. In the end I just made this guide for new shawols and current ones to enjoy I’m sure there’s better guides out there that you can check out
