Crowded Streets still is my favorite DMB album... this is awesome.
Same dude. I feel like they were a wonderful live band with UTTAD and Crash… but Crowded Streets introduced the world to a brilliant studio band with top notch songwriting to accompany their virtuoso musicianship.
It's the record that got me all in on the band. Bought it along with Live at Luther College and the rest is history. I've slid off of 'em since Leroi passed and Boyd was given the boot. Just ain't the same without Leroi's penny whistle solos and Boyd's toe taping fiddle frenzy.

@@andrewbeverly7718 All the albums lacks the talent from the live performances though, there is a reason why they were the worlds biggest touring band, they perform way better live than in a studio! Also most of "Dave's" parts are done by "Tim" in the studio, but Dave is so attached to his guitars, he can't sing without a guitar, so they have to edit that out after 🤣

Wow I actually had to fact check you on this “first time solo” great call. Never would’ve thought. I saw the (2) next to Dave and was ready to jump all of it but hey, is a partial a full or a tease a reprise haha.
