The thing about the chanel concealer that sets it apart is how remarkably good it still looks at the end of the day for us wrinkly friends :D so its worth the extra effort and hassle of using quite a small amount and very carefully. I use a sponge. But it actually looks better over the course of the day on my wrinkles.

Love it so much that you compared the Chanel and the haus labs. I was in store and swathes the Mac extra dimension blush in in to the pink next to the Chanel and it was the closest dupe I found HAUS LABS is second close so for al the woman out there really want the chanel but don’t can’t get the Chanel you can get Mac in to the pink or the haus labs but in to the pink have the same silver reflex so gorgeous 🥰❤️🙏🏼

I'm so glad you did the Haus labs vs Chanel blush, because I already have the Haus one but I don't think I'll be able to get the Chanel in the U.S. and I'm not going to try to get it and be disappointed now. Thank you.
Hi Angela! I’m a professional worker and I have no problem with the Chanel concealer . I don’t like the packaging but I use clean fingers rather than the spatula , use a very small amount and it’s beautiful on my wrinkles under eyes . Very smoothing, no creasing. The Armani one creases a lot on me unfortunately. I love the Sisley one too but the Chanel is even more beautiful on me. Thank you for this video! 🥰
Hi Amira, Thank you so much for sharing.❤ I've noticed that some people love it, others, like me dislike it. I think for this one in particular it's best to try in store and under the eyes before purchasing. I am not impressed with the way it looks under my eyes after 5 hours. It literally disappears and if I have darkness it's visible by the end of the day.
I remember going through an entire Chanel Tisse Vendôme one year! I adored it. Took it to Europe for my summer vacation and wore it every day! You brought back wonderful memories for me Angela! Think I’m gonna pick this up again just in time for Spring/ Summer ❤. Xoxo 😘

Hello gorgeous. Very nice video. Especially on the perfumes take. Isn’t it interesting how the same perfume can smell so different in each person. And that is the reason why I don’t buy perfume unless I try it and get it the next day. Have a evening. ❤

I'm in the process of buying new products and easing out of Winter. One thing I've been using that I don't care for is the new Chanel nail polish 💅 in the shade Watermelon. It should be called Watery Melon. Very sheer. Always happy with Chanel nail products, but sadly I am disappointed with the 2 new nail shades for Spring.😢

I couldn’t resist - I just bought the Chanel blush. In London now, but it’s not available here, so I’m having it delivered as a treat when I return to the States. You have the best taste, and it helps that we have similar coloring ❤

Sisley is one of my favorite skincare brands. They just had a F&F sale this past weekend with the entire site at 20 percent off in the US. I think it’s over now, though. Currently, I’m loving their black rose cream and mask. The eye cream you mentioned is good, too. I might get it later. Gotta space out expensive purchases these days!

Ah, now the truth comes out about the Chanel concealer in the jar--when it first came out last year everybody was drooling, now they're all admitting it's too messy and requires too much careful work to use it--this is why I wait and see all of these reviews with an analytical eye. I never fell for the hype and stuck to my tried and true Cle de Peau and Shape Tape creamy concealer. Thank you for admitting and being truthful to your audience. You look stunning with pink cheeks and red lips, it's your signature look! I appreciate that you address the business environment and makeup, as a working professional I stick to shades that complement my look and project professionalism, not Hollywood, you are so right!!!!
Hi Angela! I am very happy with the Chanel Sublimage concealer. For someone over 40, with lines and wrinkles under her eyes, this concealer is wonderful. It is very kind to my dry, wrinkled under eyes. Sometimes I add just a small amount of the long-wear Chanel concealer for extra coverage and brightness. Love your channel and love classic makeup, especially Chanel. Thank you!
I repurchased a Tisse Vendome pallet last year as the spring/summer 2022 collections were disappointing. 2023 is starting the same way, so I just did a repurchase of Tisse Camelia and Tisse Cambone. I probably didn’t need both? But I think the Tisse collection is about 10 years old and probably due to be discontinued.
I appreciate the comparisons of the blushes, even though I have the new Chanel blush. 👍🏻🤩 I have been enjoying both the makeup and the new Le Blanc Intensive multi spot treatment serum by Chanel. You don’t need to use much, and it has not been irritating so far which is always great news! I have not tried the new Hermes perfume, but it is always interesting to find out that fragrance can be so individually different. As always, thank you for sharing, Angela! I just added a new skincare product from MaeLove called Fade Away Brightening Serum. The jury is still out as it's only been a month, but no complaints.

Lancôme newest skincare line has been all over the internet- I may try it to see what the excitement is about. Givenchy loose powder is fantastic and I have it in two colors the 5 and the 6. That Chanel blush I must have!

I love the la mer powder. It sits on my foundation beautifully. I apply it with a big brush; I dont use the puff at all.
It is worth the effort for the concealer if your older it does not make your under eyes look wrinkly
Angela, great dupe find for Chanel blush in the Haus blush. I do love the Chanel Sublimage concealer. I just depotted in a smaller glass jar and it’s easier to use and less messy. I can then take it with me when I travel. You should try it and see if it makes a difference. 😊❤️

Hi Lora, I use it mostly when I film and in the weekend. I don't have patience otherwise. It's a good idea to depot it because mine starts to dry with time. I suppose it's because of the opening of the jar. I wish it was in atube like the Sisley concealer. xoxo
I stopped using Prada because they seem to discontinue fragrances often. I loved and had the original Prada as a signature fragrance and am still not over them discontinuing it. :)
Most of my cream, fondation and eye cream are in the jar and I haven’t found any issue with that. As a matter of fact, I’d like sublimage concealer, though I don’t often use concealer and I’d like this method better than wand.

Gonna sleep, we have a cute but still not always listening labradoodle pup here since march 2nd, exhausted, it's school here all day, but he is also so sweet!!! But he is quiet now the last hour, so i'm gonna sleep, tomorrow morning hubby takes care of him, he can work home! Glad we can do this together with hubby and son! He is soooooooooo cute, and also lots of work, not used to that, because our previous Australian labradoodle, he passed away 30th November was so much more quiet also as a puppy. But this puppy, yes he is more smart, so, a lot goes on in his head, when to much on a day happens, he is 20 hands full. But again, the best of the class at puppy lessons. I have a ball where i hide his food in with a little opening, he holds it like a cat from the 1st minute. So i also follow Mrs. Rachel Fusaro, a very good American dog whisperer now here, i did read all puppy stuff again, but wow, he is quite something!!! And also comes for his hugs besides still biting a lot, what we have to discourage a lot 😂😂 Sending you lots of love!!!!😘😘😘😘😘😘

Interesting about the fragrance! I have a sample of Hermes H24 which is marketed as a men's cologne, but I absolutely LOVE the way it smells on me. I never would have thought to test it on myself were it not for the sample. My favorite product in March was the Cle de Peau Hydro Softening Lotion, which I have been using as a toner in the morning. It was a splurge but I love it!

Noticed at the Chanel counter that they have new lipsticks ( think they are new ? ) called coco bloom , destiny and blossom look lovely colours, have you tried any of these, would love your opinion ? I am in the U. K so hope you have them where you are ?
I dont like any Chanel products. I find all of their skincare scents smell like old lady/old fashion perfume. And Ive tried all of their foundations and wasnt impressed. So, Chanel is not for me.
I do like La Mer foundation though. But lately Ive been testing out the IT cc cream/foundation in the tube and surprised that it is as good as it is.

I use the Lancôme serums and have noticed a big difference with color of skin and dark spots lightening. That blush by Haus looks good, I think I may try it. Have you tried the Dior Lucky perfume? It has lily of the valley in it. Thanks for the video

Hi Angela, my favourite blush is the Dior Backstage, the pink one that went viral. I am sure you know it. How does it compare to the Chanel blush you showed in your video? It seems less pigmented.
Hi Regina! :) I used to have this blush too. Now I have only the coral backstage blush. The Dior Backstage blushes (both the pink and the coral) are completely matte. They are gorgeous (especially the pink one). It looks very youthful because it gives a hint of color; it adapts to your skin tone and blurs a little. Chanel's blush is illuminating and doubles as a highlighter. Both are beautiful. It depends what kind of effect you want. xoxo

Thank you for another great video Angela! I know that you mentioned Chanel concealer, but you didn’t mention a new Givenchy Prisme concealer. Do you still like it? I remember you really liked it in dedicated video. Do you find it comparable to Sisley concealer? I was planning to get Givenchy during upcoming Sephora sale based on your recommendation. (Currently my number 1 concealer is Sisley - again thanks to your recommendation 😊)
I actually discovered a new eye cream that I think does wonders - it’s Guerlain Abeille Royal eye cream. I’m also really enjoying Sisley Black Rose cream as a moisturiser and Sisley neck cream. All three are my recent finds and I really like them.
Hi Irene! :) I love the Guerlain Abeille Royale eye cream too. They recently released a new eye serum from the Double R series. This one is on my wish list :) About the Givenchy concealer: It's much thinner and has lighter coverage compared to Chanel's sublimage. I still like it but I much prefer the Sisley concealer. It does a better job compared to Givenchy. Givenchy is good for all over the face. It has a very light coverage so you will like it if you don't have too much to cover or if you just want to skip foundation and use it here and there as an all over product. But if you have actual darkness that you need to cover, it will be too light. You will have to use the peachy corrector first and then the concealer on top. I have been enjoying the blue corrector too. I mostly use it to brighten some foundations that are a bit dark for me. It works great for that. xoxo

Is there a difference between the Chanel and the Givenchy loose powders?

Hi Elisa! Chanel's loose powder adds some very light coverage and has color. So when you choose the Chanel loose powder you have to think of the color carefully too. The Givenchy powders are more finely milled and don't add coverage. Both are great. I love them. If you want to have some additional coverage- choose Chanel. If you don't want any coverage or color - the Givenchy will be better. xoxo

Hi Anna! Sadly, I think that it won't come back for us... It's very disappointing because this year the collection was so limited for Europe and Chanel is a French brand after all...

Does the Givenchy powder add a bit of luminosity ? I use matte products because I want my make up to be as transfer proof as possible and I am looking for a powder to use before my setting spray that would both set my make up and add glow
Hello, it depends on the shade that you choose. Mousseline Pastel is completely matte; Satin blanc has one shade that has some luminosity; voile rose has some luminosity; Mousseline Acidulée is matte but not completely flat matte. And I haven't tried the other shades. Givenchy's powders mostly look invisible on the skin. They will not add actual glow to the face like the hourglass powders. I hope this helps. xoxo

Ciao cara, secondo me non è necessario avere make up di grandi Marche costose, importante è che non diano allergia e che il colore sia adatto a noi. Possiamo risparmiare un po' e aiutare chi ha bisogno. Anche la nostra anima deve essere bella e la soddisfazione sul nostro viso ci farà apparire luminose.
Purtroppo non posso fare lo stesso discorso sui profumi, i dupe cambiano sulla mia pelle e non sono piacevoli, quindi rinuncio, amo Coco di Chanel e Fiji che non si trova più in Italia. La mia mamma ha 90 anni ed è felice con Miss Dior.
