- Hello! I wanted to film this video to have for myself, my family and friends, and eventually, for Ophelia. Her labor and birth was the most terrifying thing I have experienced and I would do it a thousand times over again to have our sweet miracle! Thank you for being here and listening to our story :)

Hi Mariah. A random viewer here. You did such a great job telling your terrifying story. Thank you for sharing. Your daughter is absolutely beautiful. Praise God for leading you both out of the woods. I had a dangerous and traumatic first birth too. My second birth was amazing and truly healing. I pray for that for you, too.

This isn't normal - they should cover you up during c-section, everything but the spot they cut into. It only takes a second. Patients are understandably often not in the mind to ask for things, but they should. Anyways, I'm happy everything turned out well.
I definitely was not in a state of mind to speak up for myself - hindsight is 20-20! Thanks so much ❤️
