The first song played was performed by Rex Orange County while he was live on Instagram. Unfortunately, it doesn’t sound the same after the “What about me?” part, probably because Just Bruh modified it herself. I think the effect that was used is called the “underwater effect”. Sorry, but this is the closest I could get to finding the entire song. We would probably just have to make our own version using the underwater effect, if that’s what it even is called and what Just Bruh is using.

@@TH3_V01DST4R I think it might actually be a low pass filter, so you could just take the song off CZcams using a CZcams audio converter and then go onto somewhere like Audacity to edit the audio and then apply the filter and it should hopefully sound close or maybe exactly like the video. I haven’t tried it yet, but k think it could actually work
The filter applied sounds a lot like the low pass filter applied to a song called Lade, which has both an original version and then the one with a low pass filter, so I think that’s why it could work
