- Tommy Robinson has left the country after committing “flagrant” contempt of court relating to a film played at a protest in central London, the High Court has been told.
Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was due to appear at the Royal Courts of Justice on Monday for a hearing in his latest contempt of court case but was not in attendance.
Lawyer Julian Hayes joins Talk’s Mike Graham to discuss this further.

As a journalist (yes, anyone who uses their phone or video camera and shares it, is in fact acting as a journalist), he refused to give the pin number to his phone because of witness testimony held on it, (as is allowed) he was then charged under section 7 of the terrorism act 2000, and bailed..... He told the judge that when he went to court but the judge still banned him from releasing it. He didn’t release it, but since they are prosecuting him anyway, he has bravely released it! 13million people have now seen that film, and the lies and corruption of our judiciary!

You don't need to be a terrorist to become targeted under the Prevention of Terrorism Act. A police officer can simply decide that he or she does not like your face. Thousands of people (who are clearly not terrorists) are targeted in this way all the time.

The police can hold a person for 14 days under the Terrorism Act, not just 24 hours. You can also not refuse to answer any questions asked of you. So, it was an attempt to get his phone & what was on it, among other things.
Tommeh's mobile records could clear up more than a few County Lines inquiries.
