I was diagnose with low ejection fraction during the lockdowns last year. Never had any health issues before that... or anything obvious at least. I was given a regimen of about 8 pills most that are on your list for under 40%ef( I was at 30 ish%). Im mid 20's dont do any drugs, smoke, very rarely drink. IS this something where ill be stuck taking pills the rest of my life or is it something I can do something about to get back over 50% and drop pills? Also I wasn't eligible for help with medicine and they are EXPENSIVE....any tips on how to get entresto the cheapest out of pocket?
