Totally overpriced! Sorry but, I've found in Calabria beautiful houses just as close to the beach for 38,000. euros. I do like to watch your videos so, I'm not saying that price is your fault but, I think that owner is going to own that place for a long time especially, with all the properties available!

I agree. I've got a villa in puglia 200mq in the valle d'itria . Solar panels heat pump boiler hot water solar panels and all new Doble glazed windows, new radiators and the house is made in the typical Rock cut by hand. House is for sale at 325. P.s 5000 mq of land included. The house pubblicato is super over priced.

Why? Because you appear to be a home flipper. Buy and sell for profit which is fine. But throughout my research, it is best to purchase an Italian property from an agent who is a born and raised Italian.
