I don’t care what happened this year - Ben was a great Premiership-level keeper, terrific reflexes, rescued us so often vs top-class strikers and our own team's defensive errors, and a was a great guy all round. Was he too bubbly & outgoing for some? Probably. Did his YT channel distract him or others? Maybe, but nothing match-losing, and he was a great ambassador for us with neutrals. Just a great keeper, a decent bloke, genuinely cared for the Watford community, and saved us a ton of games and points over both his stints. Good luck to him.

His move to Wrexham is perfect, his personality, skill and experience could be what it takes to take them to the next level
