I recently reached out to your sales team inquiring about purchasing a oxymed with single battery. However, I was informed that the backpack is not available with a single battery purchase. Interestingly, in one of your videos, it was clearly stated that a backpack is included with a purchase from your company. I would appreciate some clarification on this matter. I was really looking forward to getting the backpack as mentioned in the video. Looking forward to your response!

Battery backup of all portable oxygen concentrators decreases as you increase the pulse setting. A lot of patients purchase additional batteries for travel and daily use.
Bhai ek question hai, with 5 pulse setting also shall we get 90 percent purity of oxygen ? My mom needs 2 liters of oxygen now, in case if it needs further more after 2 or 3 years what should I do? Could u pls suggest ? Thanks
Yes, Oxymed P2 provides medical grade Oxygen with 90% (+6%/-3%) purity at all pulse settings. For now, she might require a setting of 3 and in future she could increase it to 4 or 5. Please note most Portable Oxygen Concentrators provide equivalent to 3-3.5 LPM of flow with 5 pulse settings.

Recently moved to Oxymed P2 after watching the video - P2 is overall much more comfortable.
Being 1.98kg, P2 is much lighter to carry and hence becomes comfortable for daily use.
Bought oxymed p2 after watching the video. Well worth it.

Bought Simply Go. Battery seems to get drained very quickly.

3 pulse setting should work well. Please consult your doctor before setting the flow.
