I do not think it is possible for him to keep every kitten! There would be Coco and Mimi, then Kiki, then another Coco/Mimi litter with Lily and her siblings, then another from Coco/Mimi, then Kiki's babies, then Lily's babies - count them! Much better to find them their own homes with new loving owners. Of course we fall in love with all the kittens, and wish WE could adopt them, but I think he is doing a wonderful job raising them with such love and care and clean home. Bless you Owner.
