The game does not answer this question. Very much similar to JRPGs.
It just says you have the following slots:
Hand One
Hand Two
Shield
Armor
Accessory
So, yes, you can have a two-handed weapon and a shield.

Bro thanks for the video, I did not how to level the ATTRIBUTES, it is posible too level up in the future or that leveles are static for ever?

From what I read, you don't really level up your attributes. You choose among the 4 die you have (based on a particular set you chose) and give 1 die to an attribute. When you reach level 20 and level 40, you get increase the die size by 1 to a maximum of a d12.
So, d6 becomes a d8. A d8 becomes a d10. A d10 becomes a d12.
