If ANY triathlete can do it, Matt is THE ONE.
Matt deserves more followers. I'm sure he'll get them but he seems like a good dude. All the best with this one !
A little too bland and boring for mega followers, but agreed good dude.
He certainly got my attention with this video. I think he'd have more followers if he just made more videos. People want to come along for the journey, both the highs and the lows, and it doesn't really feel like you're doing that when a new video is rarely ever released. One every 1-3 weeks minimum.
I will see you at the Oly Marathon Trials in Orlando!!!
Go get ‘em! It’s very cool to see pro triathletes competing in individual disciplines. It highlights what incredible athletes they are.
Go get this. You can do it.
Good luck Matt
Super excited to hear how this goes no matter the outcome (but rooting for you!)!!
Godo luck Matt! Cheering from Iowa!
Awesome! Lookin forward to hearing how it all goes down tomorrow!
Love this! Go get it!!

Amazing technology at your disposal. Let's go Matt!
Great content. Fantastic and super excited to follow along.
Nice video! Good luck Matt!!
Goosebumps, make it happen!
Let’s go! See you in Orlando!
Top pro: great to see you so motivated!
This is awesome! I always wonder how fast some of the best triathletes in the world could go at a marathon if they went all in on it. Rooting for you Matt!!
Pleasure working with you on this project, Matt!! You're gonna crush it 💪
LFG Matt !!
Good luck Matt!
This was hype, go crush it 💪🏻
Good luck man, I’m rooting for you. I’ll be out on the course as well running my first marathon at age 50. Shooting for a sub 4. Here’s to no injuries. 🍻
Best of luck!
Good Luck Bro, smash that PR
unreal production! i've always wondered how good ironman athletes would be if they focussed on marathon for a bit!
Let’s go Matt you got this
Good Luck, this is so interesting
Cant wait to see you hit 2:17 I believe youll get it.
Very interesting project and thanks for a great and inspiring video. Im going for a pb at the Copenhagen marathon this spring so even if my goal is 3.24 I somewhat feel I can relate ;-)
atta boy Matt!
We have the same goal, but my 2.18 is for a half marathon 😂😂 Good luck, go smash it.
Same! 😂
Have a great race Matt
So close
I am new to the whole treshhold world but got tested a couple months ago could only dream of your numbers but your LT1 (from your chart) is around 5:05 or 2:13 which is crazy but I say you got this!! good luck sir
Go get em, Matty, 👊👊 5.15 miles / 3.15 k's - Not a big deal 😉
Good lacky Matt, and full gas
Don’t go too fast that first downhill mile. Wait til the right turn to settle into your pace.
Is this the guy from the Hanson's Marathon plan?
Got a question regarding your running Form, since i got a issue with my right knee and figured out it may be due to stepping over the center line (which i dont do with the left foot) and also some inward rotation.
It looks like u do have the same "issue", with both feet. So im curious if you also have knee problems as you obviously get hell of a lot more miles in and access to a much more professional team.
Working on form and changing motion is really hard, thats why im asking, to make sure its worth the effort.
Out of curiosity, is the difference between a 2:18 marathon and a 2:01 marathon the top speed of the athlete or the "endurance" of the athlete? (I.e. holding such a fast pace for 42k)
Endurance, the elites will hold more or less the same pace throughout the entire race, a pace that is below their top speed.
218 on an all-downhill course means ,,,,,,,,Forget this fools folly....and get a job papi
Troll.
@@Matt-fb5xe ...I speak facts,,,,papi
It's not all downhill. It's a net downhill.
CIM has become such a douche convention sadly. PR hunters whose entire personality is their time.
Matt
Can't wait to see how it goes 🦾
Love being under you're program 🙌
