Hey Dave! This recipe is very similar to one we have in Brazil. It's a fudge called Brigadeiro, you put the same amount of condensed milk in a mug that you showed, a bit of butter and powdered chocolate. Mix it all and microwave till it thick, then you can eat it direct from the mug or roll it in powdered cocoa. Both ways are really delicious.
