I’ve been looking for inspiration on how to wear dresses/skirts. You just gave me that. I haven’t has luck thus far (I tend to look shabby in dresses) but really love the look on others. I just need to figure out the right dresses/ skirts to buy that compliment me.
I’ve made MANY trips to thrift stores to find the right colors and styles for both skirts and tops, it takes some doing! 😅

I found being very clear on my style & color preferences made all the difference for my closet & prevents me from purchasing errors.
My closet has 40 clothing items that mix & match (for the most part). This gets me through our cold, Canadian winters (layering is key). In warmer weather, I swap out my heavy items for a few summer dresses and the rest of my wardrobe will carry through all seasons.

I love your clothes and how you style them. Can I suggest you wear an apron to keep them nice. I got sick of the unnecessary stains and dirty dishwater on my good clothes. Old clothes or an apron for gardening helps too. Rose thorns ripping my clothes isn't fun.

I get mostly thrifted clothes, and my background in seamstressing has been invaluable as a mom. Learn to sew, it'll extend the lives of your favorite garments and fix pieces that are *almost* right!
I am absolutely with you mama! I definitely tend to buy thrifted clothes made of either stretchy fabrics or make sure they have buttons in front for nursing accessibility ! 🙌❤️ And yes, I’ve been meaning to improve my sewing skills to make the most of those “almost perfect” pieces 😅
I'm in this struggle right now. I have a scoop tee that's low enough, V neck sweaters work for me, and I ordered a slightly more expensive wrap dress (never worn a wrap dress before but I'm hoping it'll work out well as my any occasion dress!) also scoop tank tops with cardigans or open sweatshirts. I haven't needed nursing specific clothing as long as the neckline is low enough to pull down.

So funny to watch you, my wardrobe has the same colours and patterns, lots of midi skirts and dresses. The only thing I didn’t get is this necklace. Keep reading the Bible and hopefully Holy Spirit will show you the TRUTH. I used to be catholic too.
I’ve felt so much more beautiful and graceful wearing dresses more!! Mama Mary has been my inspiration in motherhood and why I started wearing her medal a few years ago…she’s drawn me closer to her son since I started wearing it and blessed me with SO many graces! Blessings friend ☺️💗
