people always say it's sans' dt that is the meaning of the guitars and drums, I always saw it as sans' main theme is the blue-ish rhythm you hear for most of it, but the guitars and drums are supposed to resemble you, your never ending wanton need to kill, the desire for a higher lv, it's why it sounds like the songs are clashing at points, because it's two separate forces contained within a song.
The thing about this guitar solo part is that it represents sans’ determination to stop you from finishing the genocide run, just as determined as you are to finish him off and beat him. Almost two unstoppable forces meeting each-other, with both a completely separate goal in mind.
