I have no doubt that many of these fires are intentionally started. I have my suspicions on which crowd they may be from.
Why isn’t the cause of each fire given to the public.

Everyone who was paying attention got to see the lasers that hit down on Lahaina, Maui the morning of their big fire. The military admitted to utilizing them & claimed they were taking measurements with these lasers. Due to variations in wavelengths, they cannot burn blue items, which is why most of the home owners of large mansions in Maui painted their roofs blue. They want to turn Maui into a “smart city” - it’s disgusting what’s been done to these poor Hawaiians.

I think it was caused by an old sugar cane plantation that should have been managed.Instead it was left to overgrow and become a huge fire hazard.It was definitely negligence.

Exactly. I was monitoring everyday last year. The majority of the fires were down wind from gas plants, & pipeline sites. They were also set down wind from all the small towns.

The real story is this: Backcountry firefighters are trained early in the spring every year. Then they are sent home to wait for wildfires to start. Once the fires start, they begin to collect paychecks. 3 guesses as to what happens next........

Arson. They did the same thing in California and the Northwest in the recent past. All of those fires stopped miraculously at the Canadian border, so there is mapping and deployment expertise involved in these operations. There are also eye-witness accounts of deliberate fire-setting by helicopter during the Shuswap "wild" fires of 2023 that was NOT backburning (it was just "burning"). Whether it was due to pilot incompetence or whether it was arson could have been argued but location and timing suggested arson.
All my camping years. I've never seen someone just walk away after. This guy is downplaying this. Climate fires is his job!

I’ve fought forest fires for 20 years 10 as a fire officer involved in investigations of arson etc one way to see if was arson is look at a lightning map of the fire area to see if lightning was in the area the past week! Look for source of ignition etc!! lol he said the same thing after watching it

I heard of a theory that the location of these fires is next to oil wells.
The connection of these areas is suspicious because just weeks ago, I saw footage of a pipe leaking gas that caught flame.
Is it really arson? If so, why are the specific locations chosen? Is it to throw dirt on the oil industry?
Or is the arson a cover-up to get the heat off the backs of oil rigs? No pun intended.

I've seen these underground fires when I was in my twenties and now 60 what are the forest service has areas actually flagged off not to enter because you could fall through the Muskeg and burn to death and it's happened
What do the historical fire records look like in a comparitive analysis with temperatures year on year +/- / lightning strikes : cuts to forest management efforts : changes to forest management efforts ? Why is Canada's largest water bomber grounded ? Where is the miltary ?
