General Hospital March 21-24, 2005. Reeling from Michaels death and Emily's rape, Jason finds solice with sam for a short time. Then the Sandavols attack and mike and sam are targets. Emily saves sam, but she is hurt and Jason wants revenge.

The sweetest and interesting part of these scenes is the fact that Jason the person that usually didn't lean on anyone. The person that didn't show vulnerability to anyone since he met Sam he couldn't helped himself around her and started opening up to her. Now, we see him being totally vulnerable and allowing himself the luxury of leaning on someone else for comfort. That's how much Jason came to love and to trust Sam. Nothing like that happened in his previous relationships. All the other times he never let his guard down but with Sam he always did. That's what unconditional love does to a man.

The revealing of Sam's bruises to Jason was a very impacting scene. They showed it without being garish. It was important for us ,the viewers, to see the characters at a very low ebb and still entrusting each other and and showing support for each other. ...and we all know what that look in Jason's eye means.
