Before scraping the buildings; you can add a little bit of clear coat so that the paint will drag smoother. Not that I have done it myself; but I saw other spray painter videos.
@@griffeyboy8830 I've never tried making buildings, but I can tell you about my logic (about it). Notice how painting outdoors in the summer has a fast drying effect on your painting. So, putting some fire over the first layer of colors is more important so it will dry quicker. The second layer of black paint to cover the first layer should be moist, so you can scrape off ASAP. Don't put fire over the black paint; it's incorrect because why would you want to dry up the black paint, and have a hard time scraping it off with a spatula, paint shield tool, or whatever?
Steps: 1. Your first layer of colors (let dry or accelerate dry time with fire) for video editing you can cut out the dry waiting time of the (10 or 15) minutes maybe. 2. Cover first layer with black paint, and immediately add some Clear Coat Rustoleum to keep it moist and slow down drying time. 3. Start scraping with spatula to uncover the colors from underneath (first layer of paint).

The ring is brightest on the shadow side of planet , I don't believe that's how it works.
