বাঙালি মিষ্টান্ন প্রস্তুতকারক নবীনচন্দ্র দাশের একমাত্র পুত্র কৃষ্ণচন্দ্র দাশ বা কে সি দাশ ছিলেন বিশ শতকের গোড়ার দিকের সফল বাঙালি উদ্যোক্তা । তিনি রসগোল্লা উদ্ভাবন করে বিখ্যাত হন এবং বাংলার মিষ্টিকে জনপ্রিয়তার শীর্ষে পৌঁছে দেন। আজকের অতিথি সেই পরিবারের উত্তরসূরি এবং বর্তমানে কে সি দাশ প্রাইভেট লিমিটেডের দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত ধীমান দাশ। তাঁর সঙ্গে আলাপচারিতায় প্রকাশক রূপা মজুমদার।
Krishna Chandra Das commonly referred to as K. C. Das was the only son and successor of the Bengali confectioner Nabin Chandra Das. He became a Legendary figure in 1930s Kolkata with his invention of "Rosso Golla " . His family organization K.C. Das Private Limited is an icon of Bengali culture as they have popularized and promoted the vacuum canned "Rosso Golla " throughout India . Dhiman Das the successor and Present Director of K. C. Das Pvt Ltd shares the journey and the vision of the organisation with Entrepreneur and Publisher Rupa Majumdar.
