Hello sir. Sir this question was easy but I am not able to understand what it means. Some standing in front of a plane mirror. The distance between Sam and his image is 10 m. How far is he standing from the mirror
The distance between Sam and his image is 10 m.
So distance between Sam and mirror is 5 m.
And the distance between mirror and Sam image is 5 m.
So 5m + 5m =10m....

The distence between Sam and his image is 10 m then what you just have to do is do the half of 10 that is 10/2=5m Because they have asked us the distence between the Sam and the Plane Mirror not between the Sam and his image.

Sir I have doubt in this question:-
An incident ray makes an angle of 65 degree with the surface of a plane mirror. The angle of reflection in this case will be:
15°
25°
45°
90°
25degree answer
May be 25°
Answer is 25° because till the incident ray the distence was 65 degrees that means we want 25° more to reach the normal and then if you see the the angle of incidence is 25° then the Law of Reflection (angle i= angle ii) angle of reflection will be 25°.

The 65 one is called the glancing angle which is angle of incident ray with miror but angle i is incident ray with normal
Also normal makes 90deg with the mirror so the equation will be
Glancing angle plus angle i =90degree
65+x=90
X=25 z
