Repair of Leaky Toilet

A tenant reported water coming down from the ceiling. After an inspection, I determined that the toilet pipe was clogged and backing up each time the toilet was flushed, the sink was ran, or the tub was ran (since they all feed the same stack). The water was coming up from the toilet drain and running into the floor down to the first level. I snaked the toilet line and it all cleared. The flange was ruined so I rebuilt it and used a waxless seal system because of the fact someone ran hot water to the toilet and it melts wax seals. In a future video, the ceiling will be repaired again.
