The war on women must stop abortion is healthcare plain and simple lawmakers have no business butting into medical decisions. Vote 💙
Justice Jackson's dissent was on point in this ruling, but her dissent in yesterday's Snyder opinion is one for ages.
She only has a job because of her race and everyone knows it 😘
There should be a caveat to the statement we always hear ' Your honor ' they have no honor and have lost all our respect for that statement to be used in today's court.
It seems overturning Roe vs Wade was not simplified as some as thought it would be. 🤔😒
It's very simple, righting a wrong. It was returned to the states per 10th amendment.
@@GreggWalken-xd3qv SCOTUS was majority conservative in 1973.
@@GreggWalken-xd3qvthat's why people need to vote people out again
@@GreggWalken-xd3qv It was not wrong, When they had to reach back to a witchfinder to get the justification it was not wrong. This was a private medical decision between a woman and her doctor. Tell you what Let's make ANY male sexual decisions/medication Public. I mean a guy that cant get it up is as nature intended right?
AND lets get rid of gerrymandering and see if the STATE governments still agree with it.
We the people are truly doomed...
If the far right Republicans plan with Project 2025 succeed then you are right we are doomed. Total fascism coming to America.
Isn’t she the justice who can’t define what a woman is?
Jackson is the only active Supreme Court justice to have attended an Ivy League law school, clerked for a Supreme Court justice, served as a public defender, served on the sentencing commission, served as a U.S. District Court judge, and served as a U.S. Court of Appeals judge.
She seems to be qualified.
You want to judge people based on their anatomy?

She’s just a terrible human for helping let them off
lol there won’t be a new administration in 2925. It’ll just be more Joe.
How can someone who cannot even define what a woman is opine on an important case like this??
My thoughts exactly as soon as I heard her say her infamous quote.

Someone please explain to me the answer to this question: WHY ARE MEN ALLOWED TO VOTE ON WOMEN'S RIGHT TO CHOOSE? It's not their business - NOT AT ALL!
Where in the constitution is abortion mentioned??? It isn't so it is reserved for the states.
what is a "WOMEN"?
@@ooh_Boilol something you never get to touch apparently.
@@harrylippidardo No it's the person and the person choice only.
@@harrylippidardo Really? where are planes in the constitution bud? Would you rather have 50 different air agencies all TRYING to cooperate? It is an idiots point, one using logic fallacies.
Idaho the state of obedient wives and children. I have Nieces on my husband's side who all have 4 to 6 kids but as soon that is accomplished the all have Hysterectomy .Is that the way to do it instead of an Abortion? I am just wondering.
So I have a family member that lost three babies before they had a final fourth pregnancy that carried to terms. Two years ago when our state is zero abortion, we had a fight like hell to get the medicine she needed to prevent her from going to the hospital as her body rejected the pregnancy, we finally got the medication at the 11th hour. It was devastating doing all that while she was losing a baby. A hysterectomy is a operation that is never necessary unless you have an issue. So do you think like a 14-year-old girl she have a hysterectomy so she doesn’t get pregnant. This is insanity. It’s nobody’s business it’s healthcare choices for women.
More and more, Justice Jackson is a shining star attempting to save the democracy.
This has to be satire.
Hahahahahahahahaha!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
You bet. A shining star who can't describe a woman but making decisions on a woman. smh
Like when she voted with all the conservative judges that the Democrats removing Trump's name from election ballots around the country was unconstitutional and an attack on Democracy! 😂😂😂

When Gail King says in y'alls CBS self promotional "people say I can talk to a tree"- that's not a compliment. It's derogatory and I agree
