    O início do discurso é em 1:24.
A canção de Prabhat Samgiita cantada no início e final do vídeo é a de número 4213, "Sei ájana pathik áj elo, mor sab kichu dilo bhuliye" ("O Viajante Desconhecido veio hoje e me fez esquecer de todas as coisas.")
Esse discurso aconteceu no Dharma Maha Cakra de 31 de dezembro de 1987, em Ánandanagar.
O vídeo tem legenda em português (basta clicar no botão da legenda para exibí-la).

Yes. I have not included subtitles in English yet, only in Portuguese. But you can enable subtitles (hover the mouse over the video, then click on the "CC" button in the menu that will appear) and then, by clicking on settings (the cogwheel icon in the same menu), under Subtitles/CC you can chose Auto-translate.
I have checked it on a portion/sample of the discourse, and it seems to match pretty well Baba's original words in English (a bit surprising, since it's my translation from English to Portuguese and then the automatic one back to English).
