I am so happy that I found acrylic pouring/fluid art a few years ago. It has helped me in so many ways and it just keeps getting better and better. This visual arts creative outlet has made me so happy. I am loving this abstract art! I hope to keep doing this for years to come! I have always been fascinated by modern and contemporary art. I really like it offset. I can't believe you are doing that today because I just saw one similar to that in my room I was in at my doctors office yesterday. It was like a sunset night sky. Love yours, you don't see to many of those that leave negative space like that on a ring pour.💗💗💗👍👍

Molly, this a stunning painting!! I am a huge fan of negative space. These Arteza metallics jump off of the black background!! I'm so glad that you did an off-set center and really stretched out those color bands. Thank you, so much, for the great tips of coating the background only around the canvas edges, and laying down the black only after you've stretched out the ring most of the way. I'm especially fond of the movement of the edge of the ring pour! Ok...you've totally inspired me...I've added this idea to my list of painting experiments! Thank you, Janet. Why do you want to see some of my pours? Although I'm an artist, I'm still learning fluid painting. I won't be making videos. I'm electronically challenged, and not willing to spend my limited time learning video production when I could use that time to create. However, I greatly appreciate the artists who ARE willing to take the time to produce videos and share their talent and knowledge. They are a blessing to all of us.

I think the "wonky" center and lines make it look like it's natural. A picture of a nebula or a tree section magnified. It's gorgeous.
