    He's my favorite because purple Haze. Not only did purple haze influince him to play the guitar, but also change the color of his cloths.

    What does he mean by playing 5 7? The V to a viio chord?

      Hi, I just happened to be looking through these comments and saw your question. The closed caption shows 5-7, but it really should be V7. The V represents the 5th degree of the major scale. and the 7 is the b7 that creates the dominant 7 chord. So, in the key of C, the V7 would be G7. Hope that helps. JB
