    'Dreamwalker' (Lucid Dreaming Tool) - • Lucid Dream Induction ... (Please read the description before you begin)
    This video is a lucid dreaming tool, ******to be used in conjunction with the practice of daily 'reality checks'.********, so that when the affirmations begin, you have a greater chance of achieving lucidity. It also helps to keep a dream journal.
    Even though they're not required for Isochronic Tones, I recommend using headphones for greater immersion. BEFORE YOU START, be sure to skip to the affirmations on 65 mins so that you can adjust the volume to a level which won't startle you.
    The low-delta wave in the first 65 minutes will assist in putting you into a deep dreamless sleep.
    The next segment features a theta-wave to help transit your mind into REM sleep. A separate theta-wave layer displays the occasional pin pointed-peak at 40 Hz. ("...an EEG machine recorded frequencies in the 40 Hz range in lucid dreamers enjoying a bit of conscious REM..."
    There are also a series of recorded vocals to help trigger lucidity, i.e. ''You are dreaming"; "do a reality check", "this is a dream", "you are taking control of your dream" etc.
    I decided not to use music in this session as I find it to be too distracting for a LD induction.

    there are like a million of these types of videos on youtube, this is the only one that works for me. been coming back to this for 5 years, very regularly, sometimes every night for months at a time.
    if people out there are confused about which one to pick, pick this one!
    the long deep tones are slow in rhythm so it sends you away but the rhythm very slowly and gradually gets faster it's as if it dips u into sleep, then kindly leads you back out a bit, then a bit more deep, then a little bit back up, so you keep being reminded your sleeping but not fully being woken up.
    No other binaural beat i've found has ever even made me want to keep it on full length, I can't sleep through alot of them.
    This is the one, the one for me.

    god this is making me so tired...
    quick tip, trie to lie on your back all flat with your arms only a little away from your body... now when you go to sleep and you feel the erge to move, dont. after a while you will feel weightless. tried it once. i got very surprised, try and keep calm and just let it happen. because of this, you will very quickly be aware that you are dreaming. that was one of my first lucid dreams i had.
    my most concius lucid dream wasnt intended.

      wasnt expecting this mutch attention... well, theres something new you should try. search for "mindifi sleep" on the playstore, and download it... it has 1 free hypnosis session, that will make your feel tingeling in your fingers, and release absoloutly every muscle that was tightened...this, after the full session (yes i mostly dont fall asleep midway through) i just need to move imediately, i just cant lay that still for that long. give it a try! i slept 12 hours with it O.o

      NOTE: anyone with positive experiences with wild or lucid dreams in general, Please ignore this comment. i dont want to change your perspective :)
      my increased knowledge about sleep paralazys gave me cold feet. i no longer try to enter lucid dreams using sleep paralasys... reason being OBE's are fucking scary, and i know how to astral project so i might acciddently do it. and in some cases people can have auditory and powerful visual halucinations while in sleep paralasys... this one girl was really really sick. and because she thought she would die, she halucinated the grim reaper standing over her bed. but she was in sleep paralasys and couldnt move.
      lately everytime im going to sleep im afraid of laying still.

      yeah i did this once and had absoloutly no problem with it. it was natural, and didnt have a name yet. well that i knew of atleast. but after hearing all this shit im just so scared of it. beware this happened recently so its not something ive been troubling with since the first comment. im sure ill get past it :) its like this with me. as soon as something scares me i cant let it go. same with illuminati once i found out what that was, there went like two weeks until i didnt think much of it anymore.. and yes. it does come down to your mindset. but right now my mindset involves seeing shadow entities and scary halucinations. wish i had never read about astral projection.

I also did a reality check(looked at my hands) and a few parts of my fingers are missing so i knew right there i was dreaming. It lasted about 45 sec. I got too excited and kept flying around my house which woke me up...........rookie mistake. I learned my lesson. I hope you have one soon. Best experience ever!!

I must mention one thing though, and i hope you don't take it the wrong way; the purpose of this video is to simply generate strange experiences, and not to propagate the idea of 'life beyond the physical'. The only thing we can prove at this moment in time is that it's possible to have these experiences, and nothing more.

    sleep paralysis is a great doorway to lucid dreaming and OBE. You have nothing to fear. Enjoy the sensations, feel positive, you will only attract to you what you are resonating. The shadow people are most probably your shadow self. If you can hug and send love to anything threatening, you will see what happens :)

    Actually I had a lucid dream without using any techniques, what I only had was the knowledge that it exists. I was on a street and looked up the night sky, and I saw the full moon. It was moving extremely fast, and I thought "wait it can't move so fast" than I realized I am dreaming. " Ok, if this is a dream, I can do anything. Let's fly!" and I really did. I had a cool dream-hour, but than something INTERESTING happened: I thought it's time to wake up, let's do it. I really did, I woke up in my bed, got up and did my everyday routin for a long time. Then I realized I am still dreaming!! [LOL]

    This is excellent. Although the echo of the commands makes them difficult to understand (if they were spoken more slowly then it wd be ok).
    My favorite command is, "This is a dream." It is the most concrete and easiest to digest while in a real dream. It is much better than, "You are dreaming," because when you are dreaming, your focus is on the world you observe, not your state. It is easier to believe that your surroundings are an illusion than you yourself are an illusion.

      Yeah right back at ya! I used to practice dream control and it was really cool at first i could control the dream for like 3 seconds and i woke up and did't know how to stay dreaming so i looked online and found that i should pick up a rock or something that has weight to it. So before i went to sleeping. I startet thinking that i was going to pick up the rock and stay calm you know if you don't stay calm you wake up. And so i did and i could do almost anything in the dream i think of someone and boom there he/she was or a place and i was flying there.. But now i dont practice it anymore i practice astral projection or bending which is so difficult and terrible sometimes body paralysis,nightmares, but whe i do acomplish the bending its the most amazing thing ever. Like inside a video game where i feel no pain or fear and can do anything. I did felt fear but. If i just let it go it will go away. Harder to control than dreams because i could feel my body pulling me. Like you body knows your conscious is awakening and the loops last is so short like 40 seconds the maximum for me. :( most people think this is not true lie but i can relax and go in trance easily. Mostpeople cannot calm their minds. Sensible people can do better kool stuff xD

      ah right so you're supposed to have these playing after you fall asleep? I listened to it beforehand. I said "I WILL LUCID DREAM" about twice in my head afterwards. I've started gaining the ability to trigger sleep paralysis at will these days so the isochronic tones mighta had nothing to do with it. It must be trippy listening to it in sleep paralysis I'm gonna try that tonight.

      'BinauralBrainwave' - HQ Binaural Beats & Isochronic Tones
      do you have any ones for energy boosts and/or enhancing the mood? I have some amphetamine withdrawal symptoms right now and am insanely drowsy and lazy at the moment so I'll make a good guinea pig for those kinds of tracks. I lucid dream regularly already so I'm probably not the best person to test these tracks out.

    • @dominicf.8858
      @dominicf.8858 Před 9 lety

      i can't fall asleep with headphones on since i sleep on my side but listening to this right before going to sleep seems to be causing sleep paralysis. I need to test it multiple times to determine its not a coincidence, if I get sleep paralysis 5 nights in a row I'm gonna conclude this track is catalysing it. I'm already prone to sleep paralysis, it would be amazing if there was a way to induce it in the average person since its such an interesting state that few people get to experience. In my case, opioids make me 100% guaranteed to get sleep paralysis and I noticed that if I use thinking patterns to release endorphins at bedtime, I'm much more likely to get SP. Conversely benzodiazepines make me immune to SP and for some people its the opposite, opioids make them immune to it, benzos induce it. Would you be up for making a "sleep paralysis induction" track? If so, I'd recommend using this track with endorphin release frequencies added to it. And some subliminal affirmations I'd add are "YOU WILL RETAIN FULL AWARENESS WHEN YOU FALL ASLEEP AND REMEMBER EVERYTHING", they're the kinda affirmations I use to induce it but I say I instead of you, not sure if theres any difference.
      Some more factors with sleep paralysis is my body is usually so relaxed I lay there without moving a muscle, and my breathing is slowed and shallow so my brain is getting less oxygen than usual. Those two factors seem to be key, especially the breathing one. So maybe some sublminal suggestions to slow down breathing and be abnormally relaxed would help. Sleep paralysis induced lucid dreams are interesting because there are two types of LDs that you can trigger, regular ones that start when you just lay there and wait for dreaming to start, or the more unusual ones that you get into when you kick start the dream early. The latter is interesting because it can result in lucid sleep walking which is like dreaming while awake, you see everything in the room but also see dream phenomena on top of it.

      I've had 3 psychotic episodes so I feel for you. The first one was probably the scariest experience of my life. It was a spiritual awakening though. I did an iboga ceremony a while ago, and a lot of the same themes repeated. The day after the iboga ceremony, I became temporarily enlightened. It lasted for a week, I was flooded with profound love. I understand it all now. The feeling of love is the natural state of unity, its our natural state beyond the illusion of separation. Paradise awaits.

      My suggestion: practice mindfulness meditation (having this in the background might help you, might not). Start by paying close attention to all of your senses, then as thoughts come up (including scary images, happy images, interesting thoughts etc.) acknowledge it and then let it go, don't dwell on any of it. Then, begin to appreciate your surroundings and your connection with them and enter what most describe as a state of bliss.

      brony mlp Not gonna lie. Every time I get close to any sort of lucid dreaming or self induced sleep paralysis I experience the same thing. Personally, I don't think it's anything too weird. I mean, I'm just your run of the mill teenage guy. No mental instabilities; nothing. They can get a little freaky though. I'll have faces flash across my vision. I'll look into a cellar in the floor and see dozens of pale, distorted faces staring back; blank in expression. People darting at me as if having a low frame rate. Honestly, I think it's just me trying to sike myself out of trying these things due to horrific experiences I've heard and read about( sleep paralysis especially) and I'm just putting myself in the mindset of, "Oh shit. Oh shit. What if this happens and I see this?? Oh god..don't think about that!" And so on and so forth. Essentially, that's all I believe it to be.

I was very tired, but this video actually kept me up for the whole 90 minutes. Just barely awake, but enough to keep from starting a dream. It ended 10 minutes before I had to get up, and I immediately fell asleep for the last 10 minutes and had regular dreams.

    If you have trouble falling asleep to this at ur normal bed time, then set ur alarm for 3-4am. That'll make it easier to fall asleep to. Otherwise u can just listen at ur normal bedtime.

    So I didn't really get to "take control" of my dream as far as I'm aware, but this did put me to sleep very vast. I don't usually go into R.E.M. But this definitely got me there. And it was very peaceful. I fell into a very deep sleep, and I'm pretty sure I had an out of ody experience where I watched myself sleep peacefully and then had a dream in a dream. 0.o

    I figured out what the issue was and why I had a negative experience using this particular video to astral project. The induction worked-I did indeed have a lucid dream and almost an out of body experience. I actually had to fight not to have an out of body experience! I wasn't ready. I'm probably still not ready. But I continue to read and study and educate myself on spirituality and the amazing things our minds and consciousness are truly capable of.

    this one relaxes my body quickly. i haven't had a lucid dream with it yet, but i'll keep using this to practice. i can't decide whether to use wild or mild method, since most of my lucid moments occur when i'm already dreaming (i always forget i'm dreaming though and let it take me wherever. i've yet to fully control it) though i can feel my body on the brink of sleep paralysis. no hallucinations from it yet (my first and last paralysis hallucination was years ago. i thought my mother was yelling at me through the door but she said she hadn't visited me that day)

  • @thebrainwavehub
    @thebrainwavehub  Před 12 lety

    You fall asleep to it at ur normal bedtime. The 3am suggestion only applies if you're having trouble falling asleep to the beat at ur normal time. It doesn't have to be 3am exactly, just multiply the sleep cycle accordingly

    I kept a dream journal and constantly thought about lucid dreaming every night and read others' accounts. Then, about 2-3 days after I started this, I had my first lucid dream. Recognizing numbers in your dreams work well, because the numbers are usually out of whack...I looked at a digital clock and saw too many digits, said "I'm in a lucid dream", felt a tingly sensation, then became lucid. Once you're lucid, if you get too excited, you can easily wake up, so spinning helps. Good luck!

    It doesn't matter what we KNOW, that gentleman is on the right track. Dreaming is a spiritual experience. People can draw much MUCH more than a simple "lucid dream" from out of body experiences. If you choose to awaken yourself to it your experiences become very different and much more powerful.

  • @TheLaz10
    @TheLaz10 Před 11 lety

    I have had many lucid dreams, I'm talking looking out into an unbelievable landscape in amazing detail and actually saying to yourself " wow I'm dreaming this"! It's real and massively fascinating when it happens to you! It happened to me when I was trying to astrally project my body ( which I think is a load of bollocks now!) but it did train my brain to become aware of when I'm dreaming.

  • @Peter_1986
    @Peter_1986 Před 11 lety +2

    It's very normal that your first lucid dreams are very short, remember that it's quite overwhelming for you to suddenly exist in a place that is completely created by your mind.
    It might take some practice before you manage to stay calm enough to really enjoy the lucid dream for longer periods, but it's totally worth it.
    And remember - EVERY lucid dream is a huge success.
    Now all you need to do is keep practicing even more! =D

  • @TKRPAIN

    Right, I understand what you are saying. I'm seeking a higher spiritual level I guess. These tones and beats help to get me to that deeply relaxed state, helps to get into sleep paralysis so that I can separate. Done it a few times, just trying to get better. Through sound I think that we can do lots of great things. Everything from cutting stone, healing the body, or just relaxing and getting into different mind sets. It's awesome that you put this out for everyone. Thanks again.

  • @LiesAreTransparent
    @LiesAreTransparent Před 12 lety

    I've had quite a few lucid dreams before without the use of these waves. But using them has made it so much easier and so much more frequent. What many people use are " reality checks"- press your palm every 10 minutes and mentally ask yourself " am I dreaming? " soon your subconscious will create a habit of asking itself that and will wake itself up in the dream, thus going lucid. Another tip is make dreaming your #1 priority just spend your day thinking every once in a while " I must dream "

    if u haven't already, you need to cultivate the habit of performing 'reality checks'. for example, throughout your day, try pushing a finger through your hand and ask yourself, ''am i dreaming?'' (see google for other examples). You will eventually start performing reality checks in your dreams; the triggers within this audio are designed to reinforce the habit of reality checking in your dream state

Felt all the usual signs., some twitching here and there, tingling in a few places, itches I shouldn't scratch (lol) and was getting amazing synaptic visuals from the brain explosions and crossfires while my eyes were closed. There even came a point where I had to question consciousness where I could open my eyes and still see what I saw with then closed, that was cool. Hot so close but I wasn't tired enough. This audio has never invoked or helped me with lucid dreaming and I can't remember my dreams afterwards.
    Based on my experience with lucid dreams, I would recommend somehow making the dreamer go from REM sleep backwards to the 2nd stage of sleep if not even the first, and then back into REM sleep instantly. No clue how u will be able to do this. But, your audio always helps me fall asleep into the correct 3 basic levels. I thank you for that. I don't think everyone is capable of lucid dreaming.

    I had the most phenomenal dream I have ever experienced last night. I created an impossibly detailed underworld concept and managed to remember almost all of it. When I awoke, I lay questioning myself repeatedly whether I actually was able to make something so vastly sporadic up and frankly I have no idea. There are much too many details to explain my visions from the night but I hope this will help me navigate my subconscious and grasp once more, my new mindblowing creation.

    You will often find yourself paralysed when becoming conscious you are asleep, which is frightening! But when this happens you are on the brink of lucid dreaming. I tried this video on my iPhone without head phones and it did the trick for me! If you want to lucid dream it is real and it will happen if you drum it into your mind that you want to become aware your dreaming.

    I have obtained lucidity without audio assistance before but i tried this track for about 20 days; gained sleep paralysis easily. Last night i listened & went into sleep paralysis for a bit, exited out of sleep paralysis at about 1:05:00 & was pissed about it. I took the headphones off & went to sleep. The voice ques must'v helped my subconcious because i had 3 lucid dreams in one night. I woke up, recorded the dream, went back to sleep & it all happened over except a differnt story. thumbs up.

    psychological risks: don't let your dream world interfere with your ordinary waking life. Let your dreams enrich your life, not compensate for a lack of it. Don't take your dreams too seriously, just have fun exploring them.

  • @ZGODA4PK2012
    @ZGODA4PK2012 Před 12 lety

    this helps you go to sleep. remembering your dream can be as easy as laying in the position you woke up in and thinking on it... not too hard tho. if that doesn't work then move positions, and if you don't remember it within an hour of being awake then you probably wont remember it unless you do something in real life that is similar to your dream.
    I am currently 18- ive had lucid dreamed since i was 13- u can review ur dream journal before u go to bed & u will b more prone to remembr ur dreams
