We can see a tiny difference about the stabilisation between steadycam and not. It's so heavy to bring it everywhere I guess you should move on an electronic gimbal lighter. Keep going guys you're really inspiring us !
We would if there was a good option but unless you have a Ronin (which is huge) we have not found a good option...

I think the Leica is too heavy for that stabilizer.
Casey Neistat was testing DS1 with his Canon 80D and Rode Mic and it was really ok so maybe it's not bad to check it out.

For DSLR/Mirrorless Cameras up to 4.9 lb. It's a really good option, light and small! I have used a similar gimbal, it's great.

Hey Jon, if you have problems with focussing while shooting images try the focus peaking if it's available on the camera. The focussed area will be marked with colored dots.

I left a comment on a previous vlog about the CAME-TV 3axis gimbal. they have a new one out now called the CAME-TV Optimum that is a single handed 3axis stabilizer. it also comes with a two handed attachment and remote controller. and its only like $1300. it is wicked. the glide cam shots where great. I love stable video... keep on keepin on.
You should look into a Came-TV one handed setup.. Similar to the gimbal you have for the GoPro.

Marcus or Jon you should consider trying the TRD MS-1 handheld gimbal, its much more handy than the glidecam, if 2 hrs. shooting time are enough?

Jon, I shoot with a Canon 60D and it has a Critical Focus button (+) on the back. it allows you to zoom in (live) on your LCD screen at 5X and 10X zoom. maybe Nikon has one too. just thought that might help with the focusing problem. it has helped me a lot. Keep up the great work

Firstly the photos were bang-on, especially, the first and the last photo. Really good!
Secondly, the RS6. You've talked a lot about how it probably is the best car you've ever own. It makes me wonder, have you ever thought about building a new RS6 similar to the old one or maybe even a better one? Or was the first just the pinnacle of custom cars?
