SEV//EN Seven Pot Chocolate Douglah Hot Sauce - REVIEW

Once considered the third hottest pepper on earth, the 7 pot douglah has no doubt been moved down on the list in recent years, but Pepper Palace's SEV//EN sauce packs serious heat and is to be handled with care. It's also very tasty and has me wondering what to do with it, because it doesn't taste like any other hot sauce... mix it into yogurt, maybe?
